Disney Backs Vanessa Hudgens
Disney is speaking out on the Vanessa Hudgens nude photo scandal.
“Vanessa has apologized for what was obviously a lapse in judgment,” said Disney Channel spokeswoman Patti McTeague. “We hope she’s learned a valuable lesson.”
Vanessa apologized earlier today for the photos, which show her smiling as she posed naked and in underwear in a bedroom with a red curtain behind her.
Negotiations are ongoing for the High School Musical 3 feature film — including Vanessa and co-star boyfriend Zac Efron.
Disney may offer Miss Hudgens significantly less money because of this unfortunate scandal but my guess is Mister Efron will have none of that. Touche!

Poor Vanessa. Her career is getting ruined because some dumb f*** betrayed her trust and posted they pictures on the internet. Ugh. I still love and support her no matter what happens.
vanessa is an amazing artist and she deserves thaT oportunity in hsm 3 because this movie will be sucks without her and all the original cast and nobodys perfect because everyone have good and bad thinks but im your fan forever and hsm rocks.

I support Vanessa and ZANESSA 100% but I will say that Disney only let her go because they need her for HSM3 so they can rake in more cash. I love love love Vanessa, and I’m SO glad that she confronted the problem unlike others, and it’s a PRIVATE photo and not meant to be shared (the jerk who put that on the internet, ur so dead). GO ZANESSA!

so dumb. what does she have to apologize for? These were private photos. There is nothing wrong with taking a nude photo on your own private time with every intention of it remaining private.
“she is supposed to be a role model”…yeah and? so now it’s wrong to look at your own body? how is taking a couple of naked pictures NOT being a role model?! being should stop being prude uptight little $hits about no big deal. in europe this wouldn’t be a big deal whatsoever….it would be a “haha” moment in the papers for one day and that would be it.
i think it’s stupid she apologized. she has a healthy young body, by no means unattractive to the eye, and in fact no one was forced to check her pictures out. she wasn’t even showing anything expect for some boob and some hair. it’s like going to a nude beach - you go there, you expect to see nudity. if you don’t want to, then don’t show up there. easy.
people need to remember one fact: we all entered this world being pushed through our mother’s lady parts[yes yes, UNLESS she had a c-section], so everyone who has a problem needs to relax.
vanessa brought disney millions of cash, if they got rid of her, nessa might as well take half of the profit the musical (1 & 2) gained. that would be a great loss for them. good decision disney! zefron might not do the 3rd sequel if not with nessa, they never separated as troyella since audition (with what they call extraordinary chemistry) and i doubt it if he’s gonna do it if bbv gets replaced.
i forgot, she isnt bbv anymore, she made a clear point there. but she should be careful of making mistakes like this if she doesnt want to get labeled a H** (which she really isnt).

and well,… to those who always argue that she is a role model and should act like one… uhmmm… is there any contract she signed that states that she should do so?
parents and their children are the ones who make their role models, and thats the pressure they bring to celebrities like nessa…

It was a personal image shared with a friend for personal reasons. It was made public against her will. Disney would do better to look the other way on this one.
