Kate Walsh: ‘Entertainment Weekly’ Cover Girl

Kate Walsh is the cover girl for this week’s issue of Entertainment Weekly. Inside is the photo spread featuring the Red Swimsuit of Hotness. (Hopefully this white one is in the actual magazine).

On creator Shoda Rhimes calling Walsh her office in February to tell her about Private Practice: ”It was like I was being called to the principal’s office. She told me she wanted to spin off my character, and then I slowly started to leave my body. I was very excited about it, obviously, totally thrilled! But my first thought was ‘Oh, God, what if it doesn’t work?”’

Jamie and Ally, I have never met Kate, but someone I am very close to has worked with her for many years.I will not reveal-whether or not you choose to believe me is up to you, but she is a lovely person who deserves much success. I really hope everyone gives Private Practice a fair chance. I am really excited for it! Is anyone else?

Calliope-do you have any other word in your vocabulary besides ‘vomit’?

Thanks BrainySmurf. I will believe anyone who says Kate is a wonderful sweet person b/c it is so true. Besides anyone who sees the amazingness that is Kate, is a smart intelligent person and good person.

I would watch Kate read the phonebook so of I will watch Private Practice, I love it already from the promos.
