Vanessa Hudgens’ Apology to Fans
In light of the nude photo scandal, High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens has issued an apology to fans.
In a statement to JustJared.com, Vanessa, 18, said: “I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos . I am thankful for the support of my family and friends.”
Earlier this week, another statement was issued by Vanessa’s rep: “This was a photo which was taken privately It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that it has become public.”

My thing is that why would she do something like that ain’t no guy that special for her get naked.She know she has liitle kids thats looking at that saying Well since Vanessa did it I’ll do it 2. Now what can she say about that it might happed u never no.I hope that she no what she did was very dumb,stupid disperate. I wish the best 4 her

It takes a true role model to admit to these sort of things. I am glad you did and didn’t try to hide it. It’s a lot worse when people say “oh no i never” when it’s clear they have.

I hope whoever did this to Vanessa gets their karma back..its going to be a *****. I feel so bad for her, come on. Everyone makes mistakes, nobody’s perfect. I’m sure she wouldn’t have done this in the first place if she would have known she was going to be famous one day…

I feel so sorry for Vanessa. You take pictures that are supposed to be pirvate. Then it end up on the Internet for the world to see.I guess alesson learned for any aspiring actress or musician if your going into the entertainment business please don’t take any pictures or make sex tapes that **** always come back.

Look people, she never meant for the photos to get out on the internet, ok? Just give her a break. The photos did caused a huge scandal but at least she apoligized for it.

Poor girl, tons of people have done similar things,she is an adult and it should have stayed private.
Vanessa is like a niece to me and I couldn’t be any more proud of her than I am now for acknowledging her mistake, taking responsibility for it and apologizing for the whole matter. People make mistakes, even celebrities. I don’t know why some of you seem to think that celebrities have to be perfect. That’s simply BS. I’m a mother and I’d rather have my daughter look up to Vanessa than Lindsay, Paris or Britney. She has proven herself to be far more mature than any of them and they’re much older than her. I understand how some people would say that she should’ve known better, but she’s only 18 and that’s the age when young adults tend to make mistakes in life. Compared to other teenagers her age becoming drug addicts, alcoholics, getting pregnant, dropping out of school and committing crimes, her mistake was just a bad judgment call. She didn’t break the laws. Her privacy was violated and the person who did that should be held accountable. I’m willing to give her a second chance. Everyone deserves it, celebrity or not. My positive thoughts, heartfelt prayers and best wishes go out to you Vanessa. We love you here in Hawaii! Take care sweetie!

Here’s a little secret people… we’re all naked under our clothes. Get over it. She is beautiful. She took the photo for a boyfriend, not for money. She is acting maturely. If anyone has a problem, you’re insecure with your own body.
Why do people think that these things will not come back and haunt them one day? I’m glad that she owned up to it and got in touch with her fans. Now let’s hope Disney does as well.
I am impressed and proud the way she handled this. Instead of not telling the truth and hiding, she owned up and apologized. We all make mistakes.
