Brad & Angelina @ FAO Schwarz
Jetsetters Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie drop off son Maddox, 6, at the Lycee Francais de New York school on Monday morning.
Later in the morning, Brad and Angie took their middle children — Pax, 3, and Zahara, 2 — to FAO Schwarz in New York City.
FYI: The Jolie-Pitts were in Canada over the weekend for the premiere of The Assassination of Jesse James at the Toronto Film Festival. Angelina wore the same gray shirt to a Toronto toy store yesterday.

hello, angie and brad followers, i just want to let you know that now brad movie is coming, hope you guys all going and watch the movie and try to support the movie. they are the people who know how to give back, so hopefully and praying that this movie will be a blockbuster and win an academy award. some movies are not really good but blockbuster but they are not the people whom never heard that they are giving donations to the people who has in need. so people, try to support the actor and actress movies if they know how to give back. the more money the movie made the more actress or actor get paid. think about it, if not us, people who watch their film or their music, they are not their where they are right now. hopefully you people, open your wide eyes and listen carefully and be smart. the world will gonna get better in the future for our childrens children if we start to study, learn the rights and don’t look at those silly and stupid things. it will entertain you for just while but not forever. i will go and watch the movie twice with my friend and second with my husband, like i did with mighty heart. good luck and all the best to all. we can make differrent if we work together for the future.

I clearly support what chris said. Let’s support their movies and quit placing much emphasis on what the haters say. Several threads back I posted comments stating that I thought that the trolls/haters were not random haters spewing their sh@t. I honestly believe they work from prewritten scripts that change everydady depending on what is happening in the AJ/BP lives. Or what they feel is a vulunerablity with the fans on the site. Cliniqua had posted that they were paid. Their were sseveral others who posted similar ideas and theories. My theory was that Sam and Famous were the “leaders”. Then you had the “poi’s” of the group. the broken,pidgin, English, bad grammar,whinny, persistent, repetitive,and very annoying person. They swarm in like locust. Especilly when the thread is weak and under staffed. The few fans that are here have to mount a very brave, courageous and defensive fight until the calvary comes. The locust then stage a slight retreat, maybe lunch time. They regroup and stage another assault. But by then the thread is pretty full of regulars armed with facts, pictures, articles, all types of historical information to refute their bogus lies. I have a new theory. I believe that there is a morning crew and an evening crew. They still pursue the same topic using the same scripts, but they seem different, at least to me. Turns out I spoke too soon. It turns out Pitt Porn DID make an appearance at TIFF – just not on the red carpet.
The place to be for celebrities on Saturday night was Roof II– at Cannes it was the terrace bar at the Du Cap, this year it’s a terrace at the Park Hyatt . As I mentioned earlier, Brad and Angelina were supposed to go elsewhere but for the psychotic obsession of the Brangelunatics, they were obliged to change their plans.
Shinan Govani, a proper journalist for The National Post, is the boy about town and, I say this with the utmost affection, a total party *****. Only it’s his job. Shinan parked his little ass on the roof early and as the Pitts redirected their route, so did every other celebrity in town.
As such Shinan as fortunate enough to witness for himself the legendary love of Brad and Angelina. It’s horny, it’s hot, and it’s yet another indication that the tabloids are full of ****. They are NOT breaking up.

Angie is still looking thin, but at least she’s starting to put weight back on. People have got to stop riding her about the whole weight issue her mom did recently pass away and people should at least take that into consideration. So what I did was just copy what I wrote, and then submitted, and when it went to moderation, just pasted what I had typed, varied it a little so that it won’t read as a duplicate post, and then resubmitted. It usually went through after the second time. Now, I am no longer moderated, so I really don’t know what causes/caused it. Was gonna email Jared, but last week he just lost a family member, so did not bother him with it.
Angie is modeling for St. John’s clothing line and for the Shiseido cosmetics line these days. I think that is one of the reasons she is sporting a model-thin frame these days. She looks like a model in both of those lines’ print ads. She looks great in those fashion magazine ads this month.

Angelina Jolie and her boyfriend Brad Pitt spent Christmas Day with Colombian refugees in Costa Rica, as part of the actress’ work as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
Jolie and Pitt arrived Monday and visited a group of refugee children and families and to meet Costa Rican officials, the refugee agency, known as the UNHCR, said in a statement. There are about 11,500 refugees in this Central American country, most of whom fled Colombia because of the conflict there between leftist guerrillas, soldiers and paramilitary forces.
“We had a marvelous Christmas Day with the Costa Rican people and the families of the Colombian refugees that we met,’’ the Oscar-winning actress said in a statement released by the UNHCR.
Jolie and Pitt gave presents to young refugees in the capital, San Jose, and they later with representatives of the Costa Rican government.
Jolie earlier in the day described the conflict in Colombia as “the greatest humanitarian tragedy in the Western Hemisphere’’ that receives little international attention.
“My Christmas message to Colombian refugees and to the millions of displaced people in Colombia is that the world has not totally forgotten them.’’
An estimated three million Colombians have been forced from their homes by more than two decades of armed conflict, and most are internally displaced, essentially refugees in their own country.
Another 500,000 have fled to other countries of the region. Together, the press statement said, they make up the largest single population of concern to UNHCR anywhere in the world.
Jolie will visit several small businesses set up by refugees in San Jose with help from micro-loans from the U.N. agency. She also called for greater acceptance of refugees, who are often stigmatized.
UNHCR said this was Jolie’s second trip to the region since she became a goodwill ambassador for the refugee agency in 2001, noting that she went to Ecuador in 2002 and later wrote a personal journal of her meetings with Colombian refugees in that country.

Britney Spears After VMAs: ‘She’s Embarrassed’
Some blame the outfit. Others point a finger at Sarah Silverman. Still others question MTV’s judgment in the first place to open the show with Britney Spears.
But whatever the reason, the pop star’s lackluster performance of her new single “Gimme More” is getting universally bashed the day after her supposed “comeback” in a sparkly black bikini and blonde weave on Sunday’s Video Music Awards.
“Britney was supposed to wear a matching corset that she opted out of wearing at the last minute,” a source tells PEOPLE. “She was just plain nervous because of all the hype and she’s embarrassed.”
Adds another, “She looked disappointed” backstage after the performance.
In addition to the barbed comments (everyone from Whoopi Goldberg to The New York Times piled on), conspiracy theories abounded as to why Spears appeared out of it and uninspired.
Fan site BreatheHeavy.com and photo agency X17 speculated that Spears was thrown off after hearing Sarah Silverman rehearse her monologue (which ripped Spears and called her kids “mistakes”). On another celeb blog, Oh No They Didn’t, a reader posted supposed photo evidence that Britney was wobbling on a broken stiletto heel during her performance.
Whatever the case, critics were not impressed. Here’s a rundown:
• All three New York newspapers tore into Spears’s perceived comeback in their front-section news pages: “Britney Spears phoned it in for her ‘comeback’ performance … It was a far cry from her energetic outings at VMAs past,” the Daily News wrote.
•”Totally lame, pathetically lip-synched,” lamented the New York Post. As for “Gimme More,” said the paper, “the song about lusting for too much wasn’t enough to launch a dinghy, let alone re-launch the career of this ditzy disaster.”
• The New York Times chimed in, saying of Spears: “She didn’t disappoint; she was awful. Visibly nervous, she tottered around the stage, dancing tentatively and doing nothing that sounded or looked like real live singing.”
•Equally disappointed, the women on The View expressed sadness over what they considered a pop star disaster. “So sad,” said both Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar, though Behar, added, “She’s a good role model in that she comes out and shows she’s not skinny anymore.”
“The lip-synching didn’t work,” said Barbara Walters. “She looks like she doesn’t care,” said Goldberg. “This is like a bad stripper.” View guest Dr. Phil even said he watched the show and thought he’d “bought tickets to a train wreck.”
Only online, it seems, did fans rush to Spears’s defense. On BreatheHeavy.com, in reference to Silverman calling Spears’s two young boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James “the cutest mistakes you’ve ever seen,” Kierra wrote: “I was shocked when I heard it. I think that’s the lowest thing to do. … YOU DO NOT take a jab at a person’s kids esp. babies. It seems like a few people in the audience thought the same.”
Another poster, ColdAsFire, echoed the sentiment, writing, “Britney is not only a performer anymore. First and foremost she is a mother. If someone calls the child that grew in your womb a mistake … I doubt you’d be able to just carry on.”
But other fans on the forum were nonplussed by Spears - and also disappointed. “i love britney, but a few jokes from sarah does not mean you perform like that,” an anonymous poster wrote, going on to wonder, “did sarah also sabotage all the big surprises in your performance?? did she force you to party all night before??”
If nothing else, Spears can take comfort in the words of rocker Pete Wentz - whose own VMA performance also underwhelmed some.

Brad Pitt blazed into Toronto yesterday just as the Venice Film Festival named him best actor for his manic, brooding turn as outlaw Jesse James.
“I was really surprised. I didn’t expect (the award) at all. It has been a long road … I could play it down, but it’s great fun,” Pitt said during a news conference prior to the North American premiere of the film at the Toronto International Film Festival.
“We all have our jobs and want to get really good at it. So it’s a real honour. I hope everyone gets to experience it.”
It’s no small triumph for Pitt, who also produced The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. The film, shot in Alberta and Manitoba in late 2005, has been besieged in recent months with reports of behind-the-scenes woes and production delays.
“There were the usual squabbles, but everyone here gave blood for this movie,” director Andrew Dominik said, joining Pitt alongside co-star Casey Affleck and co-producers Dede Gardner and Jules Daly.
Pitt and Dominik said although the movie was originally scheduled to be released last September, that simply wasn’t enough time to pare down the raw footage into its final lyrical form.
(As Dominik noted of the Ron Hansen novel from which the film is adapted, “The only thing it didn’t have was a plot.”)
The decision was then made to hold it for a year until this fall while “some tweaking” occurred. In the end, Dominik believes the early negative reports may turn out to be a blessing because “the movie is a lot better than people expect.”
Or it may not be what they expect at all — especially if they’re anticipating a rip-snorting Hollywood duster when it opens wide Sept. 21.
Pitt described it as a “psychological drama” while Dominik views it as a gangster saga that just happens to unfold more than a century ago. Others, though, will pick up on another thread woven throughout the story — that James was the brightest star of a celebrity culture just as prevalent and insipid as our own present day.
“It’s not completely the main point, but it is an aspect of it,” Pitt said, adding while he was conducting research, he was taken aback by how the seamier side of the media was “alive and well” even then, trading in sensationalism and fabricated facts. “Not much has changed.”
Further pushing the parallels, Ford (Affleck) is envisioned as a 19th-century celebrity stalker, if you will, who worms his way into the outlaw’s life.
And while Pitt’s security is considerably more substantial than the six-shooters James wore, it nevertheless didn’t prevent a crazed female fan from mobbing the star at the recent Venice festival.
“I haven’t been jumped like that in some time,” Pitt said.
That said, he doesn’t intend to isolate himself from the public, even if the incident reminded him how vulnerable stars can be.
“I don’t want to change my life.”
He is likewise philosophical about fame itself. “I know the deal. I understand the trade-off … and we manage it.”
The only issue, he said, is when the attention turns into “a full-frontal assault” on his family. “In this day and age, that’s the only thing that bothers me.”
(And he can laugh about the absurdity of it, too. He took note, for example, that during the news conference, each time he gestured or shifted, the sound of photographers clicking away erupted. “I make a crazy face and that’s the one on the front page,” he said — before mugging for the cameras anyway.)
Speaking of family, there is, of course, his off-screen partner Angelina Jolie, with whom he was quoted in Venice as saying he is ready to have another child. They already have three adopted children — Cambodian Maddox, 5, Vietnamese Pax Thien, 3, Ethiopian Zahara Marley, 2 — and one biological child, 15-month-old Shiloh Nouvel.
In addition to being the mother of his children, Jolie, Pitt said, is also his chief critic and closest career advisor. “I rely on (her advice). She’s my best sounding board. Sometimes she pisses me off.”
Not, though, when it comes to The Assassination of Jesse James, apparently. “She loves the film.”

A lot of speculations were done on why Brad stayed in his marriage to Jen. Some said that he was just going through the motions since he has given up love after Paltrow breakup. Some said he settled into this loveless marriage due to the unknown factors of what out there(afraid to look and knowing it could be worse).

Pitt and Jolie already have four children including a 15-month-old girl, Shiloh, born to the couple. Jolie has also adopted three children close in age from Cambodia, Ethiopia and Vietnam.
Asked by Italian state TV whether they were ready for a fifth, Pitt replied “Yeah we’re ready.”
He did not indicate whether they planned another biological child or if they would adopt.
Earlier on Sunday, Pitt told a news conference fatherhood was fun and good for his work, though he’s not getting much sleep.
“It’s the most fun I’ve ever had and also the biggest pain … I’ve ever experienced,” he said when asked what it was like to become a family with four children in a short space of time. “I love it and can’t recommend it any more highly — although sleep is nonexistent.”
