Brad & Angelina @ FAO Schwarz
Jetsetters Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie drop off son Maddox, 6, at the Lycee Francais de New York school on Monday morning.
Later in the morning, Brad and Angie took their middle children — Pax, 3, and Zahara, 2 — to FAO Schwarz in New York City.
FYI: The Jolie-Pitts were in Canada over the weekend for the premiere of The Assassination of Jesse James at the Toronto Film Festival. Angelina wore the same gray shirt to a Toronto toy store yesterday.

Thank you for understanding what I was saying. You can love someone and still be envious, jealous of some aspect of that person’s life or them. It doesn’t mean you hate them, or wish them harm. Envy, jealousy is not a rational emotion. A person can be envious and hate feeling that way, yet still feel that we. None of us on these threads have first hand information or true insight into these people’s lives. All we do is offer up opinions. Sometimes the opinions are correct. Others not so much. There are resources culled by some of the fans. There are interviews were statements are made and heard. From this we base our opinions on. It is alright to suggest, question, and put forth opinions that aren’t popular with the everyone. That is the right an individual has in a free society. It is this ability that keeps a society free. Even the trolls have that right. We just don’t like it when they come on a aj/bp thread to spread their posion. Some people seem to think that anything said that might seemingly tarnish a beloved actor shouldn’t be said. I am not an expert, and don’t even play one on tv, inserting a little humor here. But I’ve said it once and I will say it again. Don’t take this stuff to seriously. Brad, Angie, X, George, and Matt are living their lives. And my opinion and yours is not going to affect them at all. Peace.

It seemed pointless to even suggest they might be jealous or envious of Brad and his family.
I have seen them joke with each other, its how they are. This is how tabloid stories start, by someone making something out of nothing.
These people are friends and you had to have known a little bit that would start more drama. Drama that is unfounded. These people continue to work together. If I were jealous of someone I wouldn’t wanna work them so they could do better than me. Get more screams and cheers at my movie premieres. Every actor worth anything knows fame is fickle and all the public adoration you have now can fade.
What they want is a good footing in the industry so they can continue to work. They don’t envy each other. If you look at it right Brad should be envious of them. Matt, George, and Angelina all have Oscars. Brad isn’t though.
Is it that hard to believe that these are supportive friends who take potshots at each other.

How do you think Brad feels about Angie and BBT? I mean, they kind of share children. i’m sure since they are still talking and BBT says Angie is his best friend i’m sure she is still part of his kids lives. :lol: Wouldn’t that be awkward since BBT is Maddox’ first Dad?

He loved the ex, he married the ex, they tried to make it work but failed, then they divorced. That is reality. Their relationship and marriage failed. Maybe if they had not slept together on their first blind date set up by their agents as she told a national audience on David Letterman, and she let Brad essentially move into her house the next day, but taken the time to get to know each other and their interests a bit better they could have built a firmer foundation. Brad had a broken heart from GP, the agent later said that’s why he set them up. Brad was on the rebound and that is never a good time to get involved with someone, never ever. The relationship was good for both egos involved, he got someone safe who could not break his heart as GP had done, she got someone who was faithful and supported her in her efforts to be an A-Lister. They both settled for less than an overwhelming love, the sex was satisfying, they were friends, so they both muddled along. Both made cryptic remarks about the other and their relationship in interviews time after time. Neither ever said they were in their marriage for the long haul, they never spoke of growing old together. But their PR teams worked overtime to promote the idea to the public that their marriage was “golden”, and the public bought it. Both went along with that image even though Brad spoke of how much it bothered him. They were comfortable together but they were not satisfied and content and fulfilled with each other. If they had been they would still be together.
No one has said that they did not ever show affection for each other, of course they did. They were together for over 6 years. You can post any link to a pix of them being affectionate that you want to if that makes you feel better, but it really won’t, because what you want to do is roll back time to make them the pretend golden couple again, and that is impossible. Brad has not disrespected the ex, he acknowledges their time together, but he describes her as a friend, not a love. That seems accurate to me.

Angelina is very proud of Brad. I liked how modest she acts when asked about her film editing skills. I think she may be pregnant as well.
