Britney Spears Post VMAs 2007

Poor, Brit Brit.

Following her comeback performance at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards, a clearly unhappy Britney Spears arrives back to the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas holding hands with brother Bryan.

When asked by USA Today how she felt her performance went, Britney replied, “Good, thank you.”

Kayne West said, “I have no words.”

50 Cent called Brit’s performance a “highlight,” saying, “I told you outside, she was gonna be the hottest thing, and she did it, she worked it out. Yeah, she had a big production, things started coming out of the sky.”

Nicole Scherzinger: “It’s hard because being an artist like myself, I don’t like it when I’m not in front of the house and I can’t hear the monitors properly. … I dunno, it was cool, I was just sending her good vibes the whole time.”

she performed BEFORE Sarah Silverman made her remarks so why she is blaming AGAIN to others when things don’t go as it should be. I’M SICK SICK!!!!!!!!OF HER STUPID EXCUSES AND FROM HER FANS AS WELL AS SHE WILL NEVER GROW UP. She obviously was in drugs.

I feel so sorry for her! I wish people would leave Britney Spears alone. She needs to go somewhere very remote and lay low for a while and then go into a new line of work. People are so mean to her, I can’t understand it.

I do not feel bad for her she a wicked person and is geting what she put out.No one force her to go to the vma she should have stay home and be a mom but she decided to go out and get drunk and high.I feel gad for those boys having a horrible mom.she a disgrace to them and they will see all her behavior when they are old enough.

I don’t feel sorry for her at all. She should have been rehearsing and getting rest instead of partying the whole time. She has no one to blame for that performance but herself.

i really hoped that she would come to the VMA’S & ROCK IT… but she didnt!!! I watched ONLY to see her & she performed like it was a dress rehersal & she didnt want to give too much energy cuzz she was saving it for the BIG SHOW PERFORMANCE. She was not horrible, but she was not the Brit she use to be. Perhaps she should just take some time off & really decide if she truly wants this, or not.

Sometimes it’s ok just to walk away and admit defeat. Maybe this will be a rock bottom moment where she finally sees herself in context and gets some humility that’s long overdue.

I LOVE YOU FIDDY!!! i think i’ll go buy curtis just to show him some love. AWW i love how he’s sticking up for britney. I still love her, always will…and I didn’t even hate her performance so yep. Chin up baby girl, you still got so much more to give- that one performance doesn’t define her as an artist or performer, nor is it the end of the road for her.

So glad to see her brother back on the scene. It’s so nice that he attended. I don’t see what the big deal is about this performance. It was a performance! She looked good, danced well, and completed it without any mistakes or anything bizarre happening.

What were you all expecting??

Leave the girl alone. She had the courage to put herself out there after all she’s taken publicly about her PRIVATE life. And this is how she is repaid.

The whole show was a disaster fiasco. Britney’s zombie and drugged like behavior in her opening performance –took away from the real purpose of the VMA awards. I feel sorry for the other performers today that did not get the publicity they deserve for their well earned talent in the world of music in hip-hop and pop etc. The producers of the Video Music Awards should be ashamed of themselves and so should Britney’s so called friends and or manager or managers. How could her entourage let her go on in that demeanor and obviously without any drill or warm up practice??? With friends like that–we don’t have to worry so much about our enemy foes.

She looked scared and nervous….Like she had stage fright. She supposedly heard the monolougue before she went on stage. The routine was changed due to insurance issues. One of her heels broke during the performance. She did an OK job…..not the normal Britney performance everyone is used to. This still is no reason to be-little her. The song is great regardless of this performance…. Since this wasn’t one of her best performances she is going to have to do more work to get positive reviews in the future. She looks extremely sad.

I think Britney needed to fail last night. Hopefully it gave her a reality check. She has been going around completely oblivious and arrogant regarding her battle for the kids and playing it up for the paps. She goes out without underpants more then once, she hits someone’s car with no regard, she runs around partying and giggling thinking she knows it all. Maybe she will finally open her eyes and see we are not laughing with her but at her.

Here is my two cents….wish I had fiddys. Anyway, they are saying Brit looked like that because she got wind of Sarahs intent to talk **** on her kids. They are saying her performance was drastically changed because of “insurance” reasons (remember she was supposed to has MindFreak with her). So the girl was bummed out. Now granted she should have gone on as a professional and not let us see that; however, I don’t care where I am, who I am with and what cameras are rollin…When that ***** Sarah started talking about my kids, there would have been a televised ***** slap on the 2007 VMAs. If this so called host wanted to dish on Brit, hey she is in the limelight and chose to do so. But effen with my kids is a whole nuther story. She, the so called host, must be the kinda person who picks fights with the homeless, handicapped, indigent,small, meek and defenseless (sp?). Yeah let me pick on a baby and a toddler. Where is Sarah from? Columbine? I see she wasn’t trying to eff with Mary J. Blige or Eve or anybody else who would have had the sense to walk on stage, during her baby bashing jokes, and kick her ass. Funny jokes is funny jokes and I like a funny joke, but making fun of somebodies kids is grounds for a court case as well as cowardly. And anybody who lets someone talk bad about their kids should have used a condom. Damn it I am now rooting for Britney, you mothereffers. I don’t like her exposing herself or making herself look inept, but all this is more than anyone should have to hear. *******.
