A people mag source says Angie has no clue about what the tabs are doing but Brad does know everything. He knows what is being said and he gave them exactly what they wanted in his last interview knowing all along that it was just more ammo against Ange. I saw Pitt’s news conference at the Toronto film festival and let’s put it this way: he’s just a dumb bohunk from Missouri. Honestly, the man has trouble stringing an intelligent sentence together. Yes, he’s attractive if you like that kind of look, and he seems sweet … but smart? He’s barely literate and is about as smart as a 19-year-old soap actor. In five years tops, she will throw him over for some older intellectual sort — a Gabriel Byrne type — gender still to be determined.

An In Touch reporter was sitting nearby when she popped into the Waldorf-Astoria’s Sir Harry’s bar to meet a friend Sept. 5.

According to the snoop, Jolie enjoyed a glass of red wine with “a tall, muscular male friend” and talked about money.

“I won’t talk to Brad about this because you know how he is financially, which is stupid,” she said. “Someone has to make the big decisions, though. He’ll put money into things — but it’s bizarre! It doesn’t always make sense to me.”

She added: “The reality is, we’re not a company together. Things should be separate. I think you know I make my own financial decisions. Brad knows there are times he should just be quiet and look pretty.”
