I think he looks a bit screwed up, not usual Joaquin quirky screwed up but insane loosing it, burned out. I know he is pretty infamous for not giving a crap what the industry thinks of him but he did care enough to get his teeth fixed (oh why oh why did he do that?!) and he usually scrubs up pretty well.

At Cannes he was wacky but like his usual self, here he looks like he needs a sleep and some down-time. Maybe it’s about time he found himself a good lovin’ woman to take care of him. He said a while back that movies were getting him down, could be that he’s just worked too hard doing something he doesn’t love anymore?!

He’s still sexy and who’s to judge that’s he’s gained a bit of weight, don’t we all? Just hope he isn’t gonna crash and burn.

Totally agree with you Phuzzie. I was flipping through the commentary about how he looks, wondering when someone was going to bring up his bizzare behavior. Actually, it wasn’t so much bizarre as rude. He was like the class clown that is funny at first but then gets annoying.
I felt annoyed for his coworkers that he was behaving like that. He was disrespectful. But then, I wasn’t there. They didn’t seem too upset by it. Maybe because they are used to his behavior, or maybe b/c they know something the rest of us don’t. Perhaps he did just get off a plane. Regardless, I think he acted like an a**.
I’m a fan. Don’t know the guy, but I respect him for his work with PETA and the Peace Alliance. Just sucks to see someone you admire act so incongrously with the parts of them that you aspire to.
