That ring does seem to have diamonds in it so I agree with those above who said it was a wedding ring. I think Orlando has had many many friends visit him at the theatre he is at. That is actually where they are even though Jared has called this a date.It might be one but you can’t tell that from these pictures.
I’ve seen pictures of Sienna Miller wearing that ring before (not to mention the jacket), it’s not a wedding ring. If I’m not mistaken, I believe it was a birthday gift from someone last year. Sienna’s in London filming and it’s never been a very big secret that she and Orlando have maintained a decent friendship since they split up. I wouldn’t doubt it’s Sie in the least. Especially considering the clothing and the hair, it seems very much her style.

That’s not Sienna. Sienna was photographed the same night in London leaving the Groucho club and her hair’s roots are much darker than this girl’s.

There were lots of rumors that he and Sienna dated but both he and she say they didn’t. Sienna specifically said in an interview that she met Orlando before he was famous and they had pizza together once.

Why do Orlando fans get so bent out of shape every time he’s pictured with a girl? JJ is probably just quoting the paparazzi site and so what if he is on a date? I would hope he does date, it is normal for people to do that you know. Hopefully he got laid too…..while the dog watched.
I dont think people get bent out of shape over him having a date or not. It is more about the fact that there are never any real facts behind the gossip. He has been linked to about 15 women in the last few months. None of those have facts to back it up. So people just learn to ask questions before they beleive anything. I also think Orlando fans know he is private and most likely would not bring a date or girlfriend if he has one- to one of the last nights of the play when the press and fans are there in droves. Thats why it seems more like a friend. Saturday night is the last night so I am sure many of his friends are coming out to celebrate with him.If he has a girlfriend he is doing a great job of hiding her and most likely has left the theatre without her for a few months. Why would he do it now when it is even more busy?

Sienna isn’t at TIFF, K. Jude Law is there, so naturally she’d be as far away as possible. She’s in London filming Hippie Hippie Shake. As for her being at Groucho’s, I didn’t realise it was so completely impossible for a person to do more than one thing in one evening.

Well, if it’s an actual date, she managed to go shopping before seeing him. Her white shopping bag with red tissue paper is visible between her body and Orlando’s. She’s wearing what appears to be a ring with bagette diamonds. It could be an engagement ring or a wedding ring of some kind. IF this is an actual date, Orlando’s dating skills are seriously challenged: He got into the car FIRST, instead of letting the lady enter first. Either that, or he let her enter on one side while he entered on the other - not very chivalrous for a date. In England, they drive on the left side of the road and in the right side of the car, if I remember correctly. She’s also putting her shopping bag *right inbetween her body and his.* I think on a REAL date, the shopping bag would go near her feet. Otherwise, it can function as a kind of divider between two people. Why put a shopping bag inbetween your body and the body of the person you’re hot for? Sorry, but I’m just not picking up the romance or date vibe. I like the woman’s legs - they’re shapely, and I like her yellow shoes. I just think she’s a friend of a friend (and possiby already engaged), or a personal assistant who shops for Bloom. Since her face is (conveniently) turned away from the camera, she could be very attractive for all anyone knows, or she could have the face of a dog (no offence to Sidi!) And Kate isn’t the only celebrity to use the paps on occasion. Think about it: This might shut the tabloids up regarding Naomi Harris, Penelope Cruz, etc, and it might stop the snide remarks about how Orlando only goes home at night with his dog. A man can only take so much of that, you know. Orlando’s human after all.

However, my first guess about the bag was that perhaps it is her carrying the daily presents that Orlando gets from the fans when he goes out to sign autographs.She might have been moving the bag when the picture was taken or holding it for him all along.
I doubt he set up the pictures. Why would he do it with someone wearing a ring? There are many photogs out there every night and if he just had one or two in on it then he just got lucky that no one else got her face. I think he may have been in the car already -maybe meeting the fans like he does-then he had the driver come around back and pick her up.

She MAY have been there on Saturday but it was impossible for her to be there on Thursday night since she is pictured in the afternoon in NY with her old BF.With the time ahead in London it is physically impossible for it to be Kate.
As for being at the play there are no pictures yet just a couple of people who think they saw her across the room.

People. They broke up. She got a new boyfriend immediately afterward. I know how important it is to believe that Mommy and Daddy are going to get back together some day, but it doesn’t always happen. Just like Britney and Justin broke up for good, so did Orlando and Kate. Sad (even though they are total strangers to you and their personal lives shouldn’t matter at all to you), but true.
I find it very hard to believe that she would blithely show up at his play when she has spent the last year blaming him for everything that has happened to him since she was nine because that was what got her the most publicity. If anyone thinks that this event heralds some grand reunion, please, get out more. Because you’re WAY too invested in the personal lives of people you’re never going to meet and who don’t give a crap whether you live or die.
Orlando and Kate have both moved on, and it’s about time you did as well. Just a suggestion.
Another suggestion: stop telling people to move on and mind there business unless you’re going to do the same yourself. Kate has nothing about Orlando or their breakup. In all her recent interviews she blamed her weight loss on several things she was going through at the time. The media assumed she was referring to the breakup but she never mentioned the breakup or Orlando herself.
And if both of them have moved on with their lives then they should have no problem with supporting each other’s work or having a catch up dinner together. It’s called maturity.

Well, if the woman is actually Kate, then it wasn’t a real or romantic type of date. Pictures on Just Jared of Kate walking with James on the 13th show her right thumb nail with what appears to be a white rim or French manicure tip. The woman featured here does not have that white tip to her nail. Also, Kate’s ears are rather prominent and stick out quite a bit on the sides of her head. They should be somewhat visible even from the back, with the blond hair pulled back to the sides. Doesn’t Kate usually have a designer hand bag or shoulder bag when she goes out? Where is her purse? Does Kate normally turn away from the camera lense of the paparazzi? The thing is, there’s nothing all that distinctive about about either Kate or the woman featured, based on these photos. Both women are Caucasian, have short nails, and are blond. So, if she showed up to give Orlando support for his play, as Penelope Cruz and Kirsten Dunst supposedly have, what’s the big deal? I just think that if Orlando is dating, he’d be smart to keep his lady friends away from the paps, the media and even some of his fans. I also think both actors have managed, each in their own way, to move on.

Kate was seen in NY thrusday afternoon. To be modest lets say it was 12:30. That means it is 5:30 in London then. Play starts at 8ish. Even if she hailed the next cab right after those pictures were taken and went to the airport she could not have been there before after midnight London time. Let alone leave the airport and get to there just in time to see him exit and get in a car. These pictures were taken at the theatre around 11ish since he is exiting the play.

a few post ago you thought for sure the girl above was Kate since from a distance she could look like her from behind.At closer look there is no way this girl is kate.
It might be possible that the same thing happened at the play.

Lydia, I understand the point you’re making, but I thought the sighting of Kate at the play was from the 15th, on the last day of the play. Someone says she was there with her mother, and it was on the last day of the play, which was the 15th. If true, then she had time to fly in to London from New York on Friday at some point and could have made the last show. In any event, I don’t think the woman pictured is Kate. If it were, she’d have a designer Michael Kors handbag on display, and she’d make certain her face were visible. I think the tips of the back of her ears would be visible. The paps should have gotten pictures of her face - and probably would have, were it a celebrity. Interesting that they didn’t. Kate doesn’t wear a wedding ring or an engagement ring. In any event, these photos make pigeon-holing Orlando into dating status with Penelope, Naomi, and all the other mystery women he’s been linked to and seen with next to impossible, and they prove that he doesn’t always go home alone with his dog. So, they accomplished what someone may have wanted them to. I still think Orlando has learned to keep anyone he’s actually seeing out of sight, at least for now. But, who knows? Men like being seen with attractive women. As long as he’s happy, that’s what counts.

I did not mean to say it was impossible for her to be a the play by Saturday night. However, I do agree with those who posted that if she was at the play most likely somone would have got a picture of that.
You don’t need to see a picture for something to be true just try being less cynical.
It appears no one got a picture of Bill Nighy and he was there the same night. It is possible for celebrities to attend public events without getting photographed. Cameras weren’t allowed in the theater and she left out of a side entrance while fans and paparazzi waited at the stage door for Orlando. Don’t see why it matters anyway.

And with the pictures here, you could assume that it is her when you know that she was at the play. By the time I wrote the first post, I didn’t know that it was physically impossible that it is Kate (although we still don’T know for a fact that the pics have a the correct date). So, sorry if I might have confused anyone.
BOttomline: I know for a fact that it was Kate at the play (and I have a few friends who confirm that also) and so it was pretty easy to assume that it might be her in the pics. Period. (I’m also guessing that she left the theatre like Naomie e.g. did via the back exit and the paps didn’t know that she was there and that’s the reason why there are no pics of her. I mean, there also only were four of him and Naomie and those were not even in front of the theatre but when they went eating, so you can’t be sure that the paps get everything.).
And btw, asking of missing pictures of people visiting the play: Where are all the pics of Bill Nighy visiting the play??? He came out of the front door just like Orlando and there also happened to be no photos of him. So just because there are no photos, it doesn’t mean that things aren’t happening. I brushed my teeth this morning and have no photos of it but I did. So Kate was there, whether there photos or not, I just wanted to point that out. No need to get hysterical about it because there was no “hook-up-with-Orlando”-intention, she was just there. And therefore I assumed that it could be her in the photos. No reason to stress!

Bill isn’t necessarily the kind the paps would go after. But Kate being at an orlando thing would be something they would want.
If she was up top I am sure it was hard to see her eyes? and really they aren’t two colors…just one has a brown spot at the bottom.

It’s not that the theatre is THAT big and the balcony is not about 500 ft away. There were maybe just a couple of metres between me at her. And I still have a friend sitting Royal circle on the same level as her and he saw her as well and told me without being asked that he saw Kate up there, that can’t be just a weird coincedence.
Seriously, I have enough of this conversation. I know what I saw and if she left via the back door then the paps had no chance to get a pic. That’s what I think.
