Britney Spears Maxim Magazine Cover Girl!
Britney Spears wants to soon appear on an upcoming cover of Maxim magazine, reports OK!.
“Brit’s in damage control mode now. She’s been talking to the folks at Maxim about doing a photo shoot,” a friend of the pop princess tells OK! exclusively. “She wants to be on the cover as quickly as they can shoot her.”
Added the source, “The last thing she did that really reminded America of her allure was her sexy Rolling Stone cover from October 2003, so the idea of another high-profile cover is completely logical.”
OK! wants to remind Maxim of the “complete meltdowns she experienced at the planned fashion shoot for the pages of our magazine. Let’s just say… keep her dog away from any pricey designer clothes.”

when were these pictures taken? These look like they were years ago, she doesn’t look like the slob she is today. Hmm, air brushing sheads the pounds in pictures.
Honest to goodness, i love britney in the old days and still harbor some hope for her, but i think she should just get out of the public eye for a while, come back looking amazing, rocking a weave-free short spiky do, and with her old sense of sexyback. nooooo to maxim!!!

I’m so sick of OK! Magazine and it’s sick vendetta against Britney. They only use her name to sell that bad rag. About the Maxim magazine cover, every celebrity is on covers when they have something to promote. These things are decided months in advance.

I agree she needs to lay low. Her attorney made a statement yesterday that “all she wants is to be a mother.” Well Britney, if that’s all you want why don’t you take a shot at focusing on your kids for awhile and give us a chance to forget what a big joke you’ve made of yourself?

I agree she should try to lay low for awhile, but at the same time, she does have an album coming out and she does have a contract to fulfill — especially when it’s already been put on a hiatus after her marriage with KFed and with her two sons.
I just wish the best for her because I know the emotional turmoil she’s going through is, for lack of better words, just plain rough.

What Britney needs to do is sit back and enjoy her $750k a month that she already receives and learn how to keep her brand going through other things. Such as continuing her perfume line and maybe expanding it to bath/cosmetic products, maybe become an agent to launch new talent for Jive, the typical clothing/handbag line, a restaurant (a good one this time), or maybe producing. She has the name recognition and connections she need to use it and accept that their her days in the spotlight have come and gone.
Maybe later on after her kids are a little older she can get a gig in Las Vegas, hell Celine Dion cleaned up in Las Vegas!
