Ioan Gruffudd Wedding Pictures
Welsh actor Ioan Gruffudd and British actress Alice Evans married in Mexico on Friday night.
Ioan, 33, wore a midnight blue Giorgio Armani suit of wool crepe, while Alice, 36, walked down the aisle in a Giorgio Armani antique white strapless gown made of cascading tiers of organza.
The couple tied the knot on the beach at the exquisite One and Only Palmilla Hotel in Los Cabos, Mexico. Gruffudd’s best man was actor pal Matthew Rhys.
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Fantastic!

Who is that funny little man in the white suit on the stage with Ioan and Alice — was he was one of the security guys? What’s he doing there - doesn’t quite fit into a wedding scene somehow?
Lucy (97) — there’s more to it this time. I have a lot of respect for Ioan and it’s concern for him that makes us back in Wales feel he’s let himself down. This whole wedding was a mistake - the whole location and ceremony was a farce — no one is really interested in these guys — they’re Level C glitz —– just wait for a proper star wedding - when Rhys Ifans get’s wed — that’ll be true, serious and very Welsh.

Just saw the wonderful news. Congratulations to Ioan and Alice!! Marriage is a blessing from God and I pray that our Lord blesses their union. Once again …CONGRATULATIONS!! As for those with negative comments….. who are they to judge!! Their relationship is just that..their relationship and what happens between a husband and wife should stay there. Any ways Congrats! again and blessings to all this holiday season.

Lenah (116) - you are so right — the problem is that they fell between too stools. Not having a “star” wedding was excellent but then instead of a simple straightforward civil wedding with a party they decided on a pseudo-Christian wedding on a beach with no meaning at all. I doubt whether either Ioan or Alice go to church - so why pretend to be religious ….. probably just to fit in with the “lovely Christian boy” image that Ioan likes to sell himself as back in England. I’m the same as you though - hope they are happy - it may be a msitake but that’s their choice. I just wish they’d been true to themselves and not pretended.

I love Wales and Welsh people so I do not agree with the second part. But he sure is a loser.

Gem they did have a star wedding. At least the best star wedding two losers like them could manage. They sold the wedding pics to Hello, blabbeb about it at every occasion and their PR people made sure it would all be captured on film.
Lenah, she’s a total *****. She’s attacked his fans, she trolls IMDb regularly lashing out at anyone who points out her many flaws and basically she’s just bat-**** crazy. And Ioan enables all of it. Arseholes.
And I don’t think she’s cracked up to be anything other than an over the hill D-grade actress, whose career is verging on non-existant. Actually that would be a pretty fitting description of Ioan as well.

I’m from Wales and everyone I know thinks he’s a complete tool. That’s what happens when you turn your back on your heritage so you can do awful films in Hollywood. My friends and I went to see Fantastic Four and had the best time laughing about how crappy his acting was.
