The hair is hideous, but the makeup isn’t much better. And who doesn’t wear an engagement ring just because it doesn’t match their outfit? I know people who don’t wear their ring all the time, but that’s taking the matching thing a little too far for me.
As much as I like Ellen Pompeo, I think her problem is a little too much BOTOX!

Do not like. :( I agree with whomever said, not only is the hair bad but the makeup is awful. You can actually see streaks of concealer on her cheeks. And would it kill the makeup artist to give her a little bit of color on her lips?
I don’t mind the dress (without the belt) but the rest is just awful. Her stylist really did her a disservice.

One of the ugliest, homeliest actresses around. Everything was wrong tonight. She needs COLOR on her ugly face. She also needs definition. Where are her eyes? her lips? That frosted makeup is so housewife from the early 60’s The jewelry was great and looked like it should be on someone else.

How does a diamond ring clash with an outfit? She’s okay looking but the hair is ugly. Too much white something around her eyes.

As much as I enjoy her hair and outfit…i think it was one of those situations where she had an idea for her hair, she described it and it turned out 100% different.

I actually love her hair….just like Julia Robert’s hair when she won the Oscars…..it screams….”I am a Hollywood Star” because only a few girls can pull it off!!!
I like the dress, its great. Not overly fond of the tasseled necklace though. And the hair, I’m not sure, in some shots it looks really good, but in the majority of them it just looks….weird….
But the makeup…. I dunno, here crows feet really show out though.
