Britney Will Lose Custody of Her Children
Britney Spears will temporarily lose custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James to ex-husband Kevin Federline, according to FOXNews.
The ruling giving K-Fed temporary custody of his and Brit’s kids is said to come from Los Angeles Family Court later Monday.
Earlier in the day, Britney was dropped by her management, Jeff Kwatinetz of The Firm. He issued a statement saying, “It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears.” The Firm is reportedly is sick of Britney’s “recent erratic behavior.”
Earlier Monday morning, Britney’s lawyer Laura Wasser bailed on her.

she did NOT lost the custody. according to people.com the custody remains 50/50. the next hearing will be in november.
i pity her i really do but still i think the kids should go to this kfed guy temporary is good until she gets some help.
i suspect her mother is behind kfed i wont be surprised since she is not allow to see her grandchildren anymore. the whole thing is just sad.. shes got too much $$ n too many useless cousins like whats her name..around her. which wont help her to find some meaning in life.. n she got so much of that ahead of her.. so many opportunities what a waste of life.. i hope she can use some of her $$ to do good .. .. even making good music is just that.. making sumone happy n receiving $$ for it…. anyone who persecute herself like she does is never gonna be happy…doubt she will see the light soon.. so i wish her well n hope time n the graciousness of god will see her thru this..
ABOUT TIME!! she needs to GROW UP!! and take responsability for her own doing!! she needs to stop taking drugs, partying every night, dismissing her own family and friends, showing her shave **** on camara and being so arrogant. SHE NEEDS TO STOP her own ****.
If this news is indeed true, then maybe it’s for the best. I don’t see how people can sit there and say “oh, poor Britney.” The girl is 25 years old! She’s a full grown adult. Britney makes her own decisions. No one tells her what to do, and look at where that got her. I’m sure Britney loves her kids, but the person Britney love most is Britney. If she truely wanted custody of her children, then she wouldn’t be parading her life around and living the way she’s living. Britney KNOWS she’s being followed wherever she goes, yet she still has the audacity to stay out and party till 4 in the morning?!?! I’m sure it’s not that hard to put on underwear as you’re getting dress, yet she purposely goes out wearing an itty bitty dress without undies on. Come on! Who in their right mind does that? She has all the money in the world to buy all the help she can get to get her life back on track. I’m sure if she extended an olive branch to her family, they’d be glad to help her.
And to those Britney fans who are still defending her actions and are saying that we’ve all made mistakes. Yes, we’re human…so of course we all make mistakes. But it’s one thing to make a mistake and realize the mistake and learn from it. It’s another to keep on making mistakes and being totally oblivious and ignorant to your mistakes. And then to turn around and point the finger at other people. Britney never thinks that what she does wrong is her own fault. It’s always other people’s fault…because Britney is perfect, ya’ll.
Britney is not good mother, i believed in the people.com on the book that her boys called for HELP US while britny didn’t care about them she was in rehab to dance for her awards-winner music. but all is hat i knew she uses drugs dealers, drinking a lot of rum and having sex with the males or hang out with guys, she faced the lady cop were searched if there as been drugs in her car but she rely NO there’s no drugs in my car. i wouldn’t believe her!!! also what about the boys? the boys should belong with K-FED he is good father the boys. i heard he quited drinking and smoking and he was saving up money for boys!!! he is not a FRAUD or DUMP. he has been alone to spending the time with boys. Britiney will lose costody of her childrens to Over with K-FED. Britney can be dangerous mother if her boys were cried for HELP but Britney probally say SHUT UP i m very worried about her boys if spears and federline can’t fight to get the childrens who will live. the new apolt parents will very good at boys and the new parents will keep them away from drugs dealers. i m not saying K-FED never used the drugs. If she is seriuos about her kids and she is seriuos about getting off drugs and alcohol, she can disappear if she want. Lindsay disappeared. Britney is having a sick kind of “fun” with all this. She has become a psycho. If you are really her fan, pray she gets help. Pray for her kids to get safe. And forget KFed. This really is not about him. It’s about her getting herself together. She is SO rich. She can do anything she wants. So she rides around in cars all day and night and eats crap, takes drugs gets drunk and carries her kids around like they are her purse or something. My baby sister wanted a puppy. She finally got one. She loved that puppy, but she couldn’t take care of it. She needed help. Finally we gave the puppy to my cousin. Dogs get better treatment than Britney’s kids.
A loving mother would never said things like “you’re both mistake” to her children, a thing called condom exist for god sake! she said she regrets her children, let’s see if they’re will be more happy with their father, that way miss brit brit could have party with her best friend, “Holly Mary Paris”…
I never thought Kevin looked like the father type..He’s 29 for gods sake and he has four children and the oldest being five years old. Honestly, I don’t think Sean and Jayden are in good hands with Kevin but not with Britney neither. Poor boys..They should just be put into foster care!
It seems like there is always someone ready to kick someone when they are down for no reason. In all actuality, the public only knows what the media and paparazzi feeds it. We do not know the whole story and probably never will. The hateful things that are being posted are uncalled for and wrong. You would not like it if someone repeated the same to you. You don’t like her, okay we get it. How someone you have never met and has never done anything to you can inspire so much hate baffles me. I can safely assume Brit is deviastated over the loss of her children and is upset with the other issues she is facing. No, I am not a Brit fan. I think she has not only made poor choices but also refuses to learn from them - therefore is doomed to repeat them over and over again. Regardless, I do hope she eventually gets the help and support she needs to get herself together.

Of course the courts must have good reason to award Kevin temporary custody and hopefully Britney will take advantage of this time and get her shitzz together. In the end those little boys are most important and need to be taken care of properly and if Britney can’t accomplish that right now, this is probably the best thing for the time being, ..eventually if she can turn herself around she may be able to get her boys back. This might be the kick in the butt she needs to focus, really focus, on changing her ways and become a fit parent. When they were married Kevin seemed like the douchebag, who knew he end up the responsible one, kinda baffling.
Her fault who cares. if she was a regular person nobody would feel bad for her. it is a pretty straight forward matter. If you don’t want responsibility remove yourself from it, don’t keep taking it on.

All of the reports that I have ready other then the fox report say that the custody battle is not over and that she did not lose her kids yet. If she really lost her kids there would be alot more press on it. Don’t you think?
If BS wanted to stay out of the limelight she could. Plenty of other stars manage to have a life without the press hanging all over them.
It just gets worse and worse. Both parents photoed flipping birds, using the f word, acting like complete and total ******, these are people incapable of acting like adults. Adults don’t behave this way. Adults don’t parade naked around strangers, Adults don’t scream obscenities around their children, adults don’t deliberately flash their private parts to the public just to get some attention. They’re both coplete and utter trash and neither one of them has the sense god gave a goose. It’s a sad day in America when morons like these two are role models for our kids. I think our obsession with them is analagous to our interest in a train wreck or the Jerry Springer show. Hell I bet Jerry would LOVE to have them on his show, and that’s exactly the kind of attention they would eat up.

I was curious about some of the comments and then I came across this.This world is truly filled with evil people.I cannot fathom why anyone would say that they can’t wait for someone to die. As bizarre as Britney’s actions have been, I’m still wondering why it effects you so much.
