High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens gave quite the interesting interview on Monday’s episode of The Tyra Banks Show.
Tyra threw Vanessa a faux prom because V never got the chance to attend her high school prom. Vanessa also burst into song a couple times throughout the show. Watch the video below! Here are some highlights:
So when you [and Zac Efron] are singing the songs “I LOVE YOU” and stuff, you guys were falling in love on set? I guess! [giggles] It’s fun to work with him. He’s really sweet and singing all of songs is always a blast.
Is Zac Efron a good kisser on-screen? (tight-lipped) Mmmmmm. (Tyra responds, “Oh, it’s that good? Mmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!”)
What is your ethnic background? My mom’s Filipino, my dad’s Caucasian. But within that, I’m Chinese, Spanish, American-Indian and Irish.
Best part about being famous? THE FREE STUFF.
When you read about young stars like Britney and Lindsay and them getting in trouble, how does that affect you personally? I honestly just think it’s stupid. [laughs] It’s easy to stay out of those situations. You just have to be smart about your decisions.

Yeah i support Vanessa but she said that she just thinks it’s stupid aabout Britney & Lindsney.But this was before the whole nude thing got all over the internet,So but the good thing is Zac is back in LA & now he is here for Vanessa & at least she came out & said screwed up & apologized about it all unlike Britney & Lindsey because they would go out patying one night & them the would be a little bit better about there decissions & then you see the DUI.so at least she is a whole lot better than them she is a good girl.

I am a big fan of Vanessa’s because I think that she is a lovely actress and singer. However, I am upset with alot of the Vanessa fans that have posted here! You keep insisting that she is perfect she’s not like so and so, blah, blah, blah! and because of her recent scandal and those hypocritical comments she made- that it proves she is not! Is it that horrifying to admit that she is IN FACT not perfect and has made mistakes???? I am sure Vanessa herself understands those who may not agree with her actions- It shows that we understand the world a whole lot better. And maybe that’s what she needs- Fans who are there for her, through thick and thin- whether she’s wrong or right!. Not make her out to be someone that she is not- that she would have to live up to! Stop making her look like her fans are hypocrites themselves, much less stupidly onesided by comparing her faults to those of other young hollywood starlets that make mistakes.

I have a question for all of you who have seen the oh natural pics of Vanessa (yes, I saw them wanted to see what the fuss was about) but anyway she says they were taken with a camera phone how is that possible when she has a full shot of herself and there isn’t a phone is her hand. #169, Kay who said that Lucas Grabeel, wasn’t announced as Ryan in HSM 3, well neither is, Monique Coleman so I don’t really think much of it. And besides, I don’t think Zac would want anyone else to play Gabriella, I bet that it would be just as weird for him as it would anyone else.

Besides, there is no proff that Vanessa took those pictures to send them to a guy, and if she did then I feel sorry for her, but I don’t think less of her for it. Maybe it got something to do with her not going to High School, and not that she is stupid or anything but I say that High School is probably the place where you learn a lot about the real world, and especially about other people and how to act around them, you learn that you can’t trust everyone.

this was the most funniest interview i’ve ever seen! I love Vanessa and Tyra, there are such a hoot!
Well , Vanessa made a interview of 12 minutes , but people just talk about fifteen seconds in the show O__o I mean , she hide this pictures , she didn’t give them to a paparazzi , whereas Lindsay have problems with , and Britney feel bad , she made a lot of bigger mistakes … And Nessa apologizes . I think everybody can make mistake , who never made a mistake ?
About the show , Tyra is so funny =) She looks so friendly , and Nessa is so confiant ( I love when Tyra asked Nessa if Zac is a good kisser : “Mmmmmmmh ” >.
It is very interesting how you guys are comning to defense of Vanessa saying she made a mistake and stop calling her names. Yet most of you were the same people dogging out Nikki Blonsky because of her weight that is very sad. Do, you guys know her no all you see is her outside appearannce and how she could possibly be messing up things with Zac and Vanessa. I honestly hope Zac realizes that one of the best people for him is right under his nose and no I don’t mean Vanessa.
Vanessa’s critics (haters) still want to throw stones even though she’s not the one who up-loaded those photos for the cyber-voyeur world to gawk at.
Still banging this drum: she took those photos in private for her boyfriend. They weren’t meant for the whole world to see. They leaked because someone wanted to make money at her expense.
