Katherine Heigl attracts massive attention as she takes a smoke break during lunch outside of the Ivy in Beverly Hills on Monday (she smoked natural American Spirit cigarettes). The Emmy Award-winning actress kept warm in a Juicy Couture grandfather cardign, oversized Dolce & Gabbana shades, Valentino’s Maison handbag and Tory Burch leopard-print flats.
Paparazzi and fans swarmed the Grey’s Anatomy star, taking pictures and asking for autographs.
Katherine and musician boyfriend Josh Kelley will be tying the knot during their December 23 wedding in the Park City–Deer Valley area.
The season 4 premiere episode “A Change is Gonna Come” of Grey’s Anatomy airs next Thursday, Sept. 27 @ 9PM ET/PT on ABC.

her smile is ugly, and i did not like the way she tactlessly corrected the pronounciation of her last name at the emmy’s, then proceeded to convince the world she deserved the emmy since she has “been working her ass off” –not very classy or lady-like.

After I found out she smoked…i didn’t like her anymore. she’s already started to get nasty smoker wrinkles nasty nasty nasty.
She looks clean and fresh even for a smoke and her sister smoke too! I didn’t know till you posted this pictures. Congratulation to Katie for her Emmy win. She deserved it. She has great acting range , she can pull off in comedic and drama . Even her speech has touch of humour and the last speech to her mom really touching. I’m just happy for her.

Katherine is only 28 sure hope she realizes that the more she smokes it will catch up to her in her 30s. The more you smoke its bad for the health and its also causes more wrinkles. Its a bad habit.
Its true the Ivy one of the PLACES in Hollywood where stars hang out for MEDIA ATTENTION. Do not be fooled. The Ivy is where stars WANT to be seen. So don’t feel sorry for celebs when they complain about the media bothering them. Sometimes they definitely want to manipulate the public and try too ATTRACT attention.
Maybe it just came out wrong but I thought the comment she made at the Emmy’s about her Mom was distasteful and disrespectful. She said that her Mom didn’t believe she had a snowball’s chance in hell of winning (or words to that effect) during her acceptance speech. Frankly, I could care less but I do believe the other two women on Grey’s Anatomy that were nominated are much more talented actors.
I looove her! Katherine’s a very talented actress and anyone who actually watches Greys Anatomy or has followed her career knows that. She deserved that Emmy and I’m not sure why people insist on talking smack. Katherine’s been through a lot, her brother died in a car crash when she was young and that drove her to actively support organ donation charities. She also supports pet adoption and local shelters. So kudos to her!! =) I think she’s adorable and pretty, but it is too bad she smokes because that messes up your skin & teeth but she’s an adult and she can do whatever she wants. I am a huge fan and supporter. Can’t wait for Greys season 4!!

She actually smokes the same brand of cigs as Kate Beckinsale. I dont mind Hollywood smokers something you have to get over with it.
