Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, in matching white buttondown shirts, attend the premiere and advanced screening of Darfur Now at the Dag Hammarskjoeld Auditorium at the United Nations on Thursday in New York City.
Written and directed by Ted Braun, Darfur Now explores the continued conflict in Sudan through the experiences of six people. The film will open in theaters this nationwide November 2.
Says Variety, “Conscientiously upbeat and shiny, “Darfur Now” takes a tactical approach in addressing the ongoing African genocide: Present the appallingly grim situation in Sudan through the rosy lens of activism and political awakening. Star wattage provided by Don Cheadle and George Clooney could draw audiences unfamiliar with the crisis, while slowly increasing awareness might translate into ticket sales and letters of outrage to congressmen.”

Once and for all, the point precisely is that SHE brought her own photographers because the UN would NOT authorize or invite those photographers. Just what is inconsistent with my story. We do photographers who have clearance but their photos would NOT be on sites like this.
That was the original point. She asked for security clearance for them, obviously. That’s what I was saying. That’s why George Clooney’s pictures from there don’t appear in celebrity sites and only in serious papers because he does NOT bring celebrity photographers. Serious press went to cover his appearances there.
Please read carefully. This really just confirms the “loony” part of your fandom.

To the haters “wonder why they never show affection to one another” you saw all those adorable moments this past week and you said they are putting on an act. What I like about them is they just seem to just be. They know when to turn up the heat and when not too, this occasion certainely doesn’t call for all the other stuff. Yes everyone, I am Angie fan first and foremost. I believe Angie is the one who brought altrism to Brad. Before her, Brad was sitting in his sofa, eating Mexican food with whats-her-name with no-care attitude about how to live his life. By engaging in meaningful dialogues with Angie while filming MAMS, Brad realized there was more to life than complete dedication toward selfish behaviors(I guess his X still hasn’t realized the value of altrism). Angie saved him from his old self and he knows it. I am sure he is constantly amazed by how Angie lives her life. Yet, whenever he sees her, he also sees this goddess of a woman who is sexy with the most beautiful face. How can he not be thanking the Lord everyday that Angie finally caved into his neverending pursue of her?!

I don’t agree with everything you just said. Angie has said herself that she was “suprised” that Brad cared about issues, she also said he is more quiet in his way. I am a Brad fan first and foremost and Brads kindness and care for others just didn’t start because of Angie. Give credit where credit is due, Brad had the smarts to actually use all the press that he was getting and use it for good. He was smart when he used the Primetime Live Interview and basically said to Diane Sawyer that if you are going to get in my biz, then come to Africa with me. Not only was that interview highly rated but the chairty he does with Bono also got a ton of donations. After that interview, everyone started to follow suit. Yes Angie has been involved as UN Ambassdor but since she and Brad hooked up Angie got alot more attention than she use to. It is all because of her relationship with Brad. Peeps always want to put him down, like he is somehow not good enough or he is so lucky to have Angie. I say they are BOTH equally lucky to have each other.

UN the question was If security is soo tight, why would the let her bring her photographers? because she asked for clearence? if she is as unimportant as you say then they wouldn’t grant it. And a photographer can sell there pics to anyone they want if they are freelancers, and many that work for the “Serious Press” are. Do you know for a fact that she brought her own, and this wasn’t a photographer for a “serious” paper that got the in for the event, then sold the pics to others? Angelina and Brad are a hot comodity and pictures sell for alot of money.

It’s first post told us it was a troll.
Some of them just can’t get it through their empty heads that a lot of us follow Angie long before she and Brad got together. We have her book, we clips of her visits on her UN missions and so much more.

Listen it is ok to dislike anyone you chose, it your negative energy that you are wasting on a person. You are welcome to the feelings the dislike gives you. They say we dislike a person most when the quality you claim to hate is one that you yourself have.
Here is a shocking fact In order for a film to be seen people need to know it is there and there needs to be publicity for it so if Angie brought a photograper or shock/horror one of the producers/director funders who cares. It brings publicity to the picture.
Then again you do not care it is just another vehicle for you.
Angie is wonderful. I love her so much. She exudes sophistication and charisma. Everything about her says class and beauty. And to top it all off, she has a really big heart. Amazing woman. :D Brad is a lucky, lucky man.
