Not everybody is going to be a Vanessa fan ( I’m not but then I never have been yet I haven’t dogged her out either). That’s great that you support her in her time of need but don’t get on people’s cases who don’t support her or like her. You guys are always saying she was young, she made a mistake. Stop talking about her yet most of you find it ok to talk about Nikki Blonsky because of what she looks like and she didn’t even make any mistakes. That is very sad I think. DJ RJ, V is lucky to have a friend like you. V-Loyalist, you are a fan any celebrity would be proud of.

Maybe if we, fans and haters alike, stop feeding the paparazzi (I mean searching for their photos), she would get some peace and out of the news. They are only hounding her because we keep demanding more pics of her. If we let it die, they will move on to the next big thing. Fans may see the happier V again and haters won’t have to see her face since she seems to offend them in some way.

Hey Mr. DJ (#155):
When you opened up your statement (#137) with: “YOU GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS” and you don’t specify who you are addressing I can only assume that you are speaking to EVERYBODY. Be more specific; why don’t you make it a point to understand clarity. Didn’t they teach you that in Communications classes? At the very least in the basic Mass Media course?
Maybe you haven’t taken any classes past high school? It certainly shows by your internet protocol (ALL CAPS-shouting), dissing JustJared (even though he, more than anyone out there puts up photos of Vanessa doing routine stuff like going to Micky D’s or to church or accompanying her mom to PT because he knows we want to be up-dated on Vanessa’s status), and using foul language as an exclamation point to your shouting.
You my friend, are not the only Vanessa supporter out there.

The media are a bunch of sharks and piranhas, they smell blood and they’re ready for a feeding frenzy. OK broke rank with the rest by putting it out there that Zanessa is no more. And sure enough, E! ran with the story, and pretty soon every body else will fall in line.
I said all that to say this: the media has the power to create someone and they love it when they devour the same. It’s a power trip for them. They build up and they destroy. Can we name a few: the Gruesome Foursome: Spears, Lohan, Hilton, Richie (even though they cut her some slack because of baby); how about Jessica, Tara Reid (who?), and the all-time favorite: Jolie and Anniston.

Vanessa has staying power because the True Fan Base are there for her, and because we say so. We do have a voice. Yes, the common, everyday people. The people who punch a clock, the people who trudge off to class every day, the people who take their hard-earned discretionary spending money, and with the little bit they might have, they cast their vote in Vanessa’s direction by buying the CD’s, watching the movies, buying the DVD’s, attend her concerts, and take the time out of their hectic lives and schedules to discuss her on a website that goes all over the globe.

For every one voice that speaks on this website on her behalf, there are countless others who cannot articulate their support for her.

You have no idea who truly love and support Vanessa. She touched a chord for a wide variety of people from all walks of life, and cuts across cultural lines and ethnicities. And it resonates around the globe.

I do have a job. You are just a DJ; you spin the discs at parties and probably at a radio station. I am terror cell tracker, hence the name Tiger. It has nothing to do with real tigers. But there are bad people out there who want to wreak havoc on the western world. I help to keep us protected from my side of the continent. My job is a lot harder than yours, the responsibilities are greater. Speaking up for Vanessa and giving her my support is something I choose to do. It’s a lot easier. But I have orders and I get paid to protect people on the front line. That job can mean life and death. So now I have to disappear cause I put myself out there. But I wanted to let it be known that Vanessa’s fans aren’t made up only of bubble gum teeny boppers, pre-pubiscent little boys, horny old men with time on their hands, or theater moms whose kids have stars in their eyes. It’s also people like me hidden away somewhere just doing our jobs.
