Brad & Angelina Skip Town
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie skip town without the kids and catch a flight out of NYC via private jet. The couple is reportdly flying to Los Angeles for the LA premiere of The Assassination of Jesse James.
Just last night, the pair attended the premiere and advanced screening of Darfur Now at the United Nations in New York City.
Last weekend, the whole Jolie-Pitt clan flew out of Teterborough Airport in New Jersey for a weekend away.
And you must must must watch Brad’s Good Morning America interview with Diane Sawyer here. When asked if there’s a family lullaby, Brad starts singing to “Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed.”
(singing in deep voice) “No more monkeys jumping on the bed!”

‘The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford’

Is there anything new to say about Jesse James after all these years? No and yes is the answer presented by “The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford,” a slow and somber but ultimately successful movie whose 10-word title befits its exceptionally long running time of 160 minutes — 20 minutes longer than “Into the Wild.”
A good part of the picture’s fascination is Brad Pitt’s portrayal of Jesse James as, to use the elevated language of the narrator, “increasingly cavalier, merry, moody, fey.” Psychotic too, of course — this Jesse looks like he hasn’t had a good night’s sleep in a decade — but outwardly sane most of the time, even stabilized by common sense. “They’re all lies, you know,” Jesse says dismissively of the newspaper and magazine articles that romanticize his exploits.
The most mesmerizing spectacle, though, is the most elusive one — Casey Affleck’s phenomenal, close-to-the-psyche performance as Bob Ford. This sponge-souled sycophant gives everyone who meets him the willies, and no wonder; he’s at least as crazy as Jesse as he swings between worshipfulness and paranoid fantasies that the object of his worship can read his turbulent thoughts. In a sense no one’s at home behind his shifty eyes.

Well if I had a ball and chain like Angie–I’d go for it! She is loving,supportive, thinks her man is amazing and has such potential to be more than people realize. He in turn thinks she is amazing and supports her and loves her unconditionally. Angie and Brad are both two of the most well liked and well respected actors in Hollywood. They are professionals, they show up on time, they do whatever needs to be done to publicize their films, they are not prima donnas like some others out there. They love each other, they adore and love their kids, they support each other…
Where’s my ball and chain–it would be great to have one like Brad or Angie!

Maybe the baby is already there– it’s taking care of the ‘pregnancy horns’, although it may be a bit early for that.
Why havent they showed the jesse james movie preview on tv?
I have never seen or heard an interview where Brad mentions his kids by name.Has he ever said ,.Mad does this or Shi likes that?
You know I was watching Diane Sawyer’s interview and Brad was obviously a real cutie when he was young, but as a man–OH MY! He has matured so gracefully. I know some of the trolls don’t feel he has aged well, but I think he is much hotter now than when he was younger. His maturity makes him so much more interesting and brings out dimensions that he didn’t allow show when he was a young pup!
I’m only 2 hours or so away from L.A. and I’m done with class, so I want to know too, just drive up there like last time.
#38: and if Angie had stayed home, you would say they are splitting up. We know your M.O. so we’re glad Angie is ruining your fun. Couples should always be together especially during important times in their lives. Just be prepared to keep pulling your hair out from all that frustration of seeing them happy and in love!

Angelina looks very happy. Does anyone know why Jesse James is premiering mostly in Austin? What is the connection to the film. One good thing if it does not go in wide release, I am only 70 miles from Austin.
