Britney Spears Sucks Pacifiers
Fri, 21 September 2007 at 4:15 am
I was right!
We all know that Britney Spears appeases her oral fixation by sucking on lollipops but aren’t pacifiers taking it a little too far?
While Britney was out shopping with son Sean Preston, 2, in Beverly Hills on Thursday, Britney put Jayden’s pacifier in her own mouth. Granted, she was busy shopping and her dress had no pockets to stow it away…
IF YOU WERE/ARE A MOTHER, would you suck on your own child’s pacifier?

TH, you can wash a dirty pacifier in your mouth only in your dreams
I have never seen pix of Angelina, K Holmes or Gwen sucking pacifiers, i bet they’re a way too smart to do thing like this, or to do it in public place at all.
brit’s looking good here. i’m glad.
WTF!!!!! THAT’S DISGUSTING!!! i would NEVER give my baby “grown up” bacteria…she could make him sick!!!! just think what some people put in their mouths???? poor kid is now probably sucking on bathroom day old sperm!!!!!
DISGUSTING!!!!!
Moms do that when a baby drops a pacifier. It’s better than no pacifier or a dirty one. Leave Britney alone!
I’ve done that if they have dropped it or something.
ill informed parents do it all the time. nasty, wrong, ill-advised, but as ‘common’ as Brit Brit herself.
No I would not do it and never did because a) pacifiers are unhealthy and b) I know better
Strung out mothers just can’t deal with a baby’s crying SO FOR THE MOTHER’S SAKE - this pathetic device was invented. For the pathetic mothers’ sake - it’s GOT ZERO to do with a baby here. It’s just instead of smothering them with a pillow, I guess.
It’s very normal. All moms did it at least once. It’s better in mommy’s mouth than put it in the pocket. It’s just like you would put a garage ticket in you mouth for a sec when you go through the garage gate, right? Don’t make small thing big, Jared. Kinda disappointed on this post of yours!!
I wouldn’t suck on the pacifier, even if it has fallen on the flor or I have no pockets to put it in. Cleaning it that way is just WronG, I think.
PEace OuT!!
and why anyone would say they’re *fine* and *ok* goes beyond human comprehension when ALL studies point to them being DETRIMENTAL to the physical and emotional health of the CHILDREN!
LEAVE ME ALONE, Y’ALL! I’M COUNTRY!!!!
Pacifiers are nothing buy dildos for babies.
PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
Hell No! I wouldn’t suck on my kids pacifier! Some people just should not have kids! She still acts like a little spoiled kid herself. She’s a train wreck!
Poor kids have no chance.
No - *all moms* didn’t do it, FYI.
Regardless of whether I agree with pacifiers or not, Britney is a smoker and if I were her kid, I’d b*tch slap her for trying to give me back my binky when it’s covered in nicotine spit.
Wear a bra girl, you know they are going to photograph you! (Oh, and great idea by your publicist to be seen in public with the kids)
I’m a mother of two and plenty of times I have done this. Either you have no pockets and the kid doesnt want it, so you just stick it your mouth to free up your hands OR it falls on the floor and you put it in YOUR mouth first to clean it off. sounds gross, but only a mom can understand….NO BIG DEAL PEOPLE!!
I always did if it fell on the ground and there wasn’t a sink near by to wash it I did the same thing with their bottle too. I would rather the germs/dirt be in my mouth then my childs.
I’m a mom. I have two children. I’ve never put my child’s pacifier in my mouth. However, my children don’t use pacifiers beyond 5 months of age. By the time a child is 2 year old they have more advanced coping skills, so sucking on a binky like a newborn infant shouldn’t even be on their radar screen. So sad.
NO, every mother does NOT do it (put their children’s pacifiers in their mouths)! I certainly don’t do that, and neither do any other mothers I know. She was in a store for crying out loud, not in the middle of the jungle. Even if the pacifier HAD fallen on the floor (which the paparazzi would have caught, but they didn’t), she could have run to the restroom and washed it off. How disgusting that she put it in her mouth! No wonder the poor kid is having dental issues. His mom keeps transferring her dental germs to him. How disgusting!
Okay, yes…i’ve done it before, when u drop it on the floor, and have no other way to wash it…its ur child…but, on the other hand…maybe a 2 year old shouldnt be still using a pacifier…thats why his teeth are going get messed up, when they start growin again (after they fall out), if he keeps using that pacifier…
Gosh, have you guys ever heard about hygiene? It’s not normal to do that, she’s infesting the pacifier with germes! If the pacifier is dirty, you wash it with water, you don’t put in your mouth, gross people.
Actually peeing on it would probably do a better job of disinfecting it as opposed to the *******.
There is no difference between using a pacifier and sucking your finger. Some kids suck their finger for years some use the pacifier. It’s not the end of the world, get over it.
Yes, unforutnately my son always popped his pacifier out of his mouth, your first instinct is to wash it, no water, mommys mouth is the next best thing… parents do get sick all the time, but so what, we do for our children.
if you aren’t a parent…. go F yourself and leave her alone
Why is she out anyway without a stroller? Why would you shop and carry your son through all the stores? Makes no sense. Also, why would you be bringing your son in public…..could it be for more publicity??? She just can’t get enough of being in the public eye. She is SO self absorbed that she’d even use her children for more publicity. Poor kids.
I have been guilty of putting one in my mouth if my child had dropped it. Especially if there was no running water around to clean it with. I would rather take the germs then give them to one of my kids.
forget about the pacifier and check out the pic of SPF in his carseat. he is not strapped in properly. the shoulder straps should be over his shoulders tightly. you should only be allowed to fit a single finger behind the strap. it is way too loose. get it together britney……i hope kevin gets those kids—-it’s for their own health and safety!!!!
yes, i would. it’s really not that big of a deal, jared. the girl has enough troubles, leave her alone.
