Brad & Angelina in Washington DC
Brad Pitt paid a surprise visit to The Washington Post’s newsroom on Friday to research his upcoming role as an investigative reporter in State of Play, a Washington-based drama about hard-nosed journos trying to solve the murder of a young political staffer.
Brad and State of Play director Kevin Macdonald lunched with Post execs and reporters, including military affairs and Pentagon reporter Josh White and investigative reporter James Grimaldi.
Angelina Jolie was busying meeting with Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice to discuss her recent trip to Iraq and Syria.

A&B hate their fans. BP has been been simply stating in the media “read between the lines” but freaks dont get it, reason being they have nothing else. One of the creepest things that are said is “our” family creeeeepppppy.

Thanks. Those are some heavy hitters lined up to present at the Clinton Initiative this year. Bill Clinton has the ability to gather people from all over the world to work together. I am very impressed.
I did not know until I read the info that Brad and Angelina are Co-Chairs of their foundation, way to go. They are out making things happen while others sit on their do-nothing butts and complain.

Thanks Linda, you are a true fan indeed, I live in San Diego as well, but I am going to wait for the wider release on 10/5. I have a friend who lives in Orange County and she went to the same theatre you did to watch it as well.

Two people to be admired for their humanitarian good will, not so many actors of today will do , sacrifice their time to help others. To be an ambassador of goodwill, you have to be smart, compassionate & well informed, Ange & Brad have those qualities. Be thankful that Brad & Ange tried to help one child at a time. The world will be better off if more people like them will do the same. People don’t always see the good side of them, it doesn’t matter to them but it does matter to fans, if someone ridicules them, you bet we will respond.Love the Jolie-Pitt’s.

Wow, AJ is truly amazing, she will not be only speaking or panelist in one of the working sessions at the Clinton Global Iniatives, but she will featured in the 2nd plenary session on Education on Sept 26. It means she will be speaking for the main group session and not just a sub-session, or working session. Brad will give a remarks in one one sub working sessions on energy. If you see the lists of the dignitaries in the main plenary sessions, you can see that Angelina is in a very top-notch company, it just proves how well respected she is!
The list of speakers, panelists are superb, lots of current presidents and prime ministers, ex-pres, and pms, senior ministers, CEOs, founders, mds, directors of coys, professors, etc.
Im sure Angie is busy preparing for this, she must be nervous by now.
The moderators are also top-notch, Angie’s session moderator is Nicholas kristof of NYT, the others are Anderson Cooper, tom Brokaw, there’s a guy from Newsweek, etc.

I don’t see how anyone that watches the above interview doesn’t simply fall in love with her. First, she is just astonishingly beautiful. But over that she is just so open and friendly and down to earth and most of all–the passion for her family and causes just shines in her.
