Oh no! Did Brad Pitt get into a motorcycle accident like pal George Clooney?
Thank heavens no!
Brad was spotted with a (fake) bloody nose Sunday on the set of his new movie Burn After Reading, which is being filmed in New York City. He was seen wearing a bike helmet and screaming expletives.
In the film, John Malkovich play Ozzie Coxs, a former CIA agent whose soon-to-be ex-wife (Frances McDormand) steals a disc containing his memoirs and accidentally leaves it at the gym where it is found by a trainer (Pitt) who believes he can use the info to blackmail Cox. George Clooney will play an assassin hired by the CIA to take care of the situation. Tilda Swinton also costars.
Burn After Reading opens in 2008.

At first glance of the new pictures of Brad it looks real to me, but it was only on his new movie Burn After Reading. Thank God.Now, another movie to look forward to & more red carpet in the future. I think Burn After Reading is a comedy, not sure but correct me if I’m wrong. He will be home early today, Sunday is family day for the Jolie-Pitt’s.

RIGHT.. I have a feeling that Brad continues to pile himself with work because he wants an excuse not to spend family time. His one paycheck for one film like Babel is enough money for a person to retire. But he continues to pile more film projects to act/produce as if he’s going bankrupt. At least Jolie rarely works, and would much rather spend family time. YET.. Jolie has the image of a workaholic, while Brad is the one raising the kids. I just get pissed at the double standard for Jolie.

How right you are. Just read an article about how so many great actresses over 40 have migrated to TV roles because the movie roles have almost dried up for them except for a very few. Glen Close and Sally Field are examples. SandraB produces all her own movies now. WhoopieG is on the View. More movies are being made with animation and cartoons and fewer actual actors and with an eye to what sells to young people in the summer months. That Brad at 40+ and Angelina who does not really seek roles keep getting movies offered to them is proof of their worldwide earning power.
George Clooney actually produces most of his movies now. Brad has Plan B. Sean Penn is producing and directing. So it appears for 40+ guys to be going the same way as for 40+ women. But more 40+ guys become their own producers than 40+ women because of an unequal balance of power in Htown.
