Jennifer Aniston is Pretty in Pink
Jennifer Aniston heads back to work early Monday morning, walking to the Los Angeles set of He’s Just Not That Into You in a pretty pink dress and matching pink strappy sandals.
I was going to say that it’s a way better fit than the other pink dress from last Wednesday. But then I looked at it again more closely!
Is it the same not-so-figure-flattering pink dress with just bunches of fabric gathered to cover the tummy portion???

Glaceau had to do something because of the environmental issues with bottled water…..
It wouldn’t have been better if they did something similar to Starbucks.

Bottled Water
Pure Drink or Pure Hype?
——————————————————————————–
Top of Report
——————————————————————————–
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
More than half of all Americans drink bottled water; about a third of the public consumes it regularly. Sales have tripled in the past 10 years, to about $4 billion a year. This sales bonanza has been fueled by ubiquitous ads picturing towering mountains, pristine glaciers, and crystal-clear springs nestled in untouched forests yielding absolutely pure water. But is the marketing image of total purity accurate? Also, are rules for bottled water stricter than those for tap water?
Not exactly. No one should assume that just because he or she purchases water in a bottle that it is necessarily any better regulated, purer, or safer than most tap water. NRDC has completed a four-year study of the bottled water industry, including its bacterial and chemical contamination problems. We have conducted a review of available information on bottled water and its sources, an in-depth assessment of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and all 50 states’ programs governing bottled water safety, and an analysis of government and academic bottled water testing results. We have compared FDA’s bottled water rules with certain international bottled water standards and with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rules that apply to piped tap water supplied by public water systems. In addition, NRDC commissioned independent lab testing of more than 1,000 bottles of 103 types of bottled water from many parts of the country (California, the District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, New York, and Texas). Our conclusions and recommendations follow.

Bottled Water: As Pure as We Are Led to Believe?
While most bottled water apparently is of good quality, publicly available monitoring data are scarce. The underfunded and haphazard patchwork of regulatory programs has found numerous cases where bottled water has been contaminated at levels above state or federal standards. In some cases bottled water has been recalled.

Buying bottled water is wrong, says Suzuki
Environmentalist launches national tour on green issues

CBC News
Canadians wanting to do something about the environment can start by drinking tap water, environmentalist David Suzuki says.
“Everywhere I go across Canada, I insist I be given tap water when I get up to speak,” Suzuki told CBC News on Thursday.
David Suzuki says plastic water bottles generate waste and potential health hazards because of their chemical composition.
(CBC) “I think in Canada it’s absolutely disgusting that people are so uncertain about their water that we buy it, paying more for bottled water than we do for gasoline.”
Suzuki — who was in St. John’s on Thursday to launch a cross-country speaking tour aimed at engaging people in politics, particularly environmental issues — said there is no good reason for Canadians to buy bottled water.
Moreover, he said it’s destructive to import bottled water from producers in countries such as France.
“It’s nuts to be shipping water all the way across the planet, and us — because we’re so bloody wealthy — we’re willing to pay for that water because it comes from France,” he said in an interview.

“I don’t believe for a minute that French water is better than Canadian water. I think that we’ve got to drink the water that comes out of our taps, and if we don’t trust it, we ought to be raising hell about that.”
Key environmental issues with bottled water, Suzuki said, are waste and uncertainty over the long-term health effects created by plastic.
“Not only does bottled water lead to unbelievable pollution — with old bottles lying all over the place — but plastic has chemicals in it,” he said.
“Plastics are ubiquitous. I don’t believe that plastics are not involved in a great deal of the health problems that we face today.”
Last August, delegates to the United Church of Canada’s general council voted to discourage the purchase of bottled water within its churches. The motion called on church members to advocate against the “privatization of water” and to support healthy local supplies of water.

Angie and Brad drive SUVs and use their OWN private jet.
How much did they PAY to be on the environmental panel for Clinton’s Foundation? HAHA.
monkey brains.
Angie is probably getting briefed on her speech. What can she say that we don’t know already?
Make changes in schools to help students eat and drink well and exercise more,” Glaceau says in a statement. The funds will be channeled via the Entertainment Industry Foundation, which Jen has quietly supported for several years.

JEN DOESNT USE HER GIVING TO MASS MARKET A PR CAMPAIGN FOR HERSELF.
SHE GIVES QUIETLY.
the X have a long and pointy CHIN.
she’s a millionaire but i betcha she’s not HAPPY.

Hey
“On Sept. 6, Jennifer joined Jim Carrey, Dustin Hoffman and 25 other A-listers in signing a letter asking U.N. Secretary Aung San Suu Kyi, a Burmese activist who has been under house arrest by her government for 11 years. That same human-rights interest has led Jen to donate $2,300 to support Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama. In early September, Jen also became instrumental in getting Glaceau water, for which she does print ads, to put up at least $1 million to help make kids healthier.”
“Jennifer Aniston and Smartwater have teamed up with the nonprofit group Action for Healthy Kids, an organization with a smart approach: Make changes in schools to help students eat and drink well and exercise more,” Glaceau says in a statement. The funds will be channeled via the Entertainment Industry Foundation, which Jen has quietly supported for several years
I THOUGH JEN KEPT THIS STUFF QUIET(well at least that is what her fans kept saying because she cared before)
THIS MUST BE ALL PR.
Well real woman. You have so much admiration to your idol.
Don’t you know I also drink smart water? Do you know how much it costs?
In order for a propaganda to sell, they pretend they are concerned and contributed to the betterment of society. In reality, this propaganda is for Glaceau to be recognized by saying they CARE. BUT, the truth behind is they just want to make money and out of the money they make they donate just less than 1 % of their income. Besides, when you say it is a donation.. that means its tax deductible. Do you know why Aniston connected herself to this?
Of course, to make money! But where is she going to take her money?
To feed the dogs, to buy her make ups, to pay for her hairstylists,
to find a man, etc.
Angie and Brad are promoting adoption and care for helpless and poor people. They give and they do not profit from this and the reward they get is multifold.
You have to learn something from SISA. Learn how to do the research.
She looks great! Best of luck to you Jen!
For a sharer like Aniston, being a quiet about what she does is laughable…….if she can brag about sleeping with a man on a first date on national TV, the more she should TALK about her charities….well, considering that she said in VOUGE charity is not her THING at all…….pretty much says it all.

Love Jennifer. She looks lovely in that dress.
Why should I give a care to any celebrity who doesn’t REALLY donate?
So, I don’t really care about Jen. I care about Angie because she is so generous among other admirable reasons.
Aniston can suck up to Jules Asner all she wants but Soderbergh I’m sure have a long memory.
Someone said tonight you’re like a bunch of 15 yr old boys — I disagree, this blog is inhabited by a bunch of mean 12 yr old boys and girls who love setting fire to flies. What a bunch of losers…
The further down your idols sink, the meaner you all get. Wow…what are you all going to do when joLIE and stuPITT hit bottom — beat up little old ladies, torture puppies???

There’s such a thing as LIFE GOES ON….au contraire to a KNOWN FRIEND, who only accounts 2% of the responsibility in any of her endeavors be it marriage or business. What kind of friend would can only manage to do 2% of the work and the other friend worked her ass off for a short film and come promo time gets all the accolade while the other who did all the work gets to hold a bottle of water?
P.S. The friend did NOT even sit on the panel of short film directors during the Q&A.
A present for Jennifer

If I were that hardworking friend I wouldn’t take that FAVORITE FRIEND’s **** anymore and scout other resources for my hardwork and little TALENT that I have. That FRIEND just wants an ENABLER and is just a “FRIENDLY USER”….
She looks good in this pic. Jen’s the best. That pink dress looks really nice. I wish Jen the best of luck for this movie. If she is pregnant then that’s great. She deserves happiness. I don’t think she is pregnant though.

Its part of being human - the physical beauty will fade away but a beautiful heart’s legacy will continue. As humans, we will all go down to our graves. A compassionate heart touches someone’s life and that person she touched will remember and will pass it on.
