Brandon Routh Wedding Details!
Not even kryptonite could stop this union!
Life & Style reports that Superman Returns star Brandon Routh, 27, will marry his longtime girlfriend, Courtney Ford, 29, on Nov. 24 at the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, Calif.
“It’s going to be an old-fashioned ceremony, on the beach at sundown,” says an insider. The groom will wear an Armani suit, the bride, a dress designed by a friend, adds the insider, and Brandon’s Superman co-stars, including Kate Bosworth, are scheduled to attend. “Brandon’s a very traditional guy,” says an insider. “He can’t wait to get married.”
The couple first met at Hollywood’s “Lucky Strike” Lanes, where Routh was working as a bartender before his career took off. Literally.

I think he’s a very good looking man, and he did a good job on Superman Returns. They make a cute couple also. Congrats to both of them!
Brandon Routh is SO HANDSOME!!! I think he did a great job in Superman Returns. I love that movie. The only person who brought the movie down was Kate Bosworth. She is so not Lois Lane. Kevin Spacey and Posey Parker were both fantastic. And I think James Marsden was great too.

I love Tom Welling, and think he’s a better actor (compared to Brandon Routh). Let’s face it…neither of them will win an Oscar, but they sure are pretty!

Brandon is GORGEOUS. I loved him in “Superman Returns” especially in the scene where he is in the front of the plane (just after saving it) and he looks at Lois Lane who is seated in one of the seats. What I wouldn’t give to have him look at me like that!! His face is so perfect and beautiful and fills up the big screen exquisitely. In my opinion..one of those big screen moments. Lucky wife-to-be!!

I really loved Superman eversince I was a kid. I love Superman Returns. The cast were all great. I can’t wait for 2009. By the way, cdoes anybody knows Brandon or Kate number? haha loL. Best wishes.
I still think Christopher Reeve was the best Superman. Brandon is cute but lacks the presence and acting ability Chris had.

As far as Brandon’s choice to marry this Courtney. Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. She seems to make him happy. That’s all that matters. I do think he should have waited though. He has his whole life ahead of him.
