Brad Pitt speaks before a panel discussion on energy and climate change during the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting Wednesday in New York City. The conference is focused on finding ways to solve some of the world’s most pressing problems including poverty and climate change.
According to People, Brad is partnering with billionaire Steve Bing on the “Make it Right” program, which plans to build 150 affordable – and environmentally sustainable – homes in New Orleans’ Lower Ninth Ward. Brad and Bing have each promised to match donations pledged during the initiative up to $5 million.
FYI: It costs $15,000 per person to take part in the panel discussions and smaller working sessions at the CGI. $15K!!!!! I hope it all goes to charity…

Brad spoke elegantly,he was a little nervous but he was elegant.

Thanks Jared for the new thread, hopefully we will have the video later. Brad and Angie have become a force to be reckon with. It is hilarious while the rags are printing lies; these two are going on with their lives, donating money for the causes they believe in. God Bless them.

The 5M USD plege Brad promised, I believe, will come from Jolie-pitt foundation (he was presented as a co-chair of JP foundation). I think now both Angie and Brad put their money in three part:1/3 for humanitarian issues (JP foundation), 1/3 for children (Mondo bongo?? -not sure of the name) trust and 1/3 for them to use.
As someone mentioned here what they (JP) are doing is way better than marriage certificate.
Whatever tabloids say and/or whatever trolls say, does not matter. As Angie said in one of her interviews, what will remain in the long-run will be what they have accomplished. And they have accomplished a lot: stable home, good children and their humanitarian work.
Maybe he is going to attend Angie`s pres confrence.
