Jennifer Aniston Goes ‘Traveling’ with Aaron Eckhart
Jennifer Aniston will star alongside Aaron Eckhart in Traveling, according to Variety.
Aniston will play a floral designer who works in a Seattle hotel where a charismatic self-help guru (Eckhart) is conducting a weekend seminar on coping with grief. As they get to know each other, she factors heavily into the guru’s realization that he practices none of the principles he teaches.
Production is scheduled to begin in early 2008.
This was why Eckhart and Aniston grabbed lunch together with a Universal Studios executive back in July. All business!

This has got to be a cruel joke, if you ask me. Mr. Huvane has done a great job getting Rachel-type work for his Rachel-like client… she is becoming so irrelevant in the world of movie making, it’s kinda embarrassing.

back in the day, the movies Aniston is making would be called B-movies. None of the movies she makes, make me want to go out and spend $10 on a movie. She should stick with television….not that she’s a horrible actress, but she is no Cate Blanchett, Nicole Kidman, etc. She’s just a nice, pleasant rather dull tv actress….

How could anyone greenlight a movie with such a lameass premise as this? And this coming from maybe not exactly an Aniston fan, but as someone who watched most of her movies (including the dreadful Rumor Has It). And Aaron Eckhart? I loved him in Eric Brockovich and Thank You For Not Smoking, but somehow his pairing with Jennifer leaves me cold. Since everyone says she is some hotshot comedienne, with perfect comedic timing, it would be better if she teamed up with either Steve Carrell or Will Ferrell. Her teaming with Ben Stiller and Jim Carrey were good, IMHO.

I don’t care what she looks like but Aniston is a MAJOR ***** to those that are of no use to her…..now that she lost her “pass” to give that kind of attitude that “Mrs. Brad Pitt” accorded her…she cannot anymore get away with her ****** treatment of people on the set. She had to accept this kind of roles because she and her team are scared she’s losing her relevancy. Now she has to work on her own name. Granted she will get this kinds of roles but as she gets to that dreaded age of 40, in HW even to those talented ones the women roles for that age are far and between unless you are Streep or Mirren. More of this roles she’s playing now, will go to the Johanssons, Heigl, Biel…Hell, Barrymore and Diaz will give her a run for her money in rom-coms….and I have not including Bullock. She’s got fierce competition…..as what was mentioned upthread, the movies she’s getting are thru first time directors in low budget films…….clearly showing she’s been knocked down way low in the food chain.

I read somewhere that her mother needed help in medical expense. Why didnt Jen foot her mother’s living expenses since she is so rich with 110 million.
I’m not asking her to reconcile with her mother. I’m not asking her to talk to her. She could just cut a check and mail to her. In that case her mother can HAVE A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE IN HER OLD AGE.
