Rumer Willis Has Blonde Hair

Rumer Willis goes for a daring bleached blonde do at the Declare Yourself 2008 Celebrates 18 event at the Beverly Hills Cultural Center on Thursday. The 19-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis wore a black bustier and matching high-waisted jeans. Rumer finished off her look with buckled brown boots.

Too bleached out…she should have gone for a more subtle honey shade. No one looks good peroxide…except maybe Annie Lennox. And Eminem. But that’s it.
