Rumer proudly shows off her new poofy blonde hair at the James Perse flagship store opening in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Thursday. “I’ve always wanted to be a blonde,” Rumer said. “So I changed my hair color. Even my dad (Bruce Willis) likes my new look.”

i didnt think anyone could do anything to make that child any uglier than she is but she found a way. she has the most hideous mug on the planet anyway, now she just looks like a cartoon. have some respect for the rest of us that have to look at you so desperate for attention. to have such gorgeous parents they have the homliest children one would ever see.

i don’t have the money to go to a great hair stylist but with her resources, what the hell is she doing bleaching out her hair at home? Heaven forbid she actually PAID someone to make her hair look like that.

She fried her hair. Holy smokes! The color is one thing - I can’t fault a girl for trying a bold new hair color choice - that is part of the fun in being a girl - but did she use 40 volume on it or what? I can smell the burnt ends from here.

holy sh*t!!!!!! she was ugly enought before. she looks twice her age with that hair! not to mention the clothes, what a disaster! if she wants blond hair, she should atleast go to a good place where people who actually know good style, do her hairdo! i am shocked that she ‘proudly’ shows off her hair and actually thinks that looks good. how in the world did bruce and demi create such an hidious child! her style is worse than her face..well, nothing tops her face! but seriously, someone give her some styling tips!

Rumer is….mmm, quirky looking anyway. Not ugly, just…different. She has a unique face and I think the blond hair plays to that…it just sort of goes ……anyway, I like it.

Poor girl - I usually don´t think that plastic surgery solves anything but but in this case…
A broadening of the nose bridge, maybe a little nip at the nostrils, slightly bigger cheekbones and a careful reduction of the chin should do wonders imo!
