Rumer Willis Has POOFY Blonde Hair
If you thought Rumer Willis’s slicked-to-the-side blonde hair was wild, check this out!
Rumer proudly shows off her new poofy blonde hair at the James Perse flagship store opening in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Thursday. “I’ve always wanted to be a blonde,” Rumer said. “So I changed my hair color. Even my dad (Bruce Willis) likes my new look.”

Unfortunately for her hair color is not going to make any difference, at the end of the day she is still ugly as ever and when she wakes up she is just as ugly. Maybe her parents should invest in some heavy duty plastic surgery. Still wondering if Gerard Depardieu fathered her?

It doesn’t matter what color of hair will be but the eyebrows should ALWAYS match with the hair color!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blond is not the way she should go. Rumer really needs to avoid anything that attracts attention to her rather unfortunate melon. Longer, more earth-toned hair might help. Especially long bangs…like ten, or twelve inch bangs maybe… I mean seriously. She’s lookin’ like she could star in a remake of the movie “Mask”.

Miss T - I think you need God’s help a lot more than Rumer does.
It’s duck yellow, which is just so ba-a-aad for her complexion.
It should have been followed up with a violet-based toner, but this looks like she did the bleaching herself with a home blonding kit, frying it to a crisp and, not understanding her skin hue, thinking this is natural.
It’s scary. If the colour were ashy/silver, it would be quite lovely, as Rumer has this porcelain look. The fuzzy clown on her head is ghastly.
Someone tell that girl to USE TONER! … and LOTS & LOTS of DEEP CONDITIONERS … eeeeek.
horrid color. and seriously. dye the eyebrows too. it looks rediculous. personally, i think if she did something about that dang huge chin of hers, she could be remotley pretty.
