Zac Efron’s Neighbors are Not So Happy

A solo Zac Efron, in an unsually chipper mood, flashes a small smile for photogs while out and about in Hollywood earlier this week.

His neighbors are apparently pissed with him because paparazzi are now staking out his apartment building all of the time.

Check out LAist for an account of Zac’s neighbor with the paparazzi. Apparently there are pictures of him and Vanessa Hudgens unloading groceries from his car… but they haven’t surfaced yet.

jared, that’s not really a fair comment to say that zac’s neighbors are pissed at him. i don’t get that at all from the blog. they are pissed at the paparazzi and the apparent disrespect they demonstrated. despite the fact that some people who write in these comments who might think these neighbors are “lucky” to live in the same complex as a celebrity, remember that not the entire world knows who zac efron is or cares about the hollywood scene. i think it is offside for paparazzi to be hanging around a private residence. anyone who lives there doesn’t personally benefit from having a teen heartthrob live there; they didn’t ask for it and they pay their rent/mortgage just like anyone else. that being said, i don’t believe they are mad at zac; in fact they stress that he always been a gentleman.

#13, read the LAist post again. It was the paparazzi NOT THE NEIGHBORS who used the foul language. I feel for them (neighbors and Zac/Vanessa) because all they want to do is live their lives. I think following him home just to see him do chores is outrageous. I see why celebrities live behind gates.

As far as the living situation, please don’t start rumors. There is nothing but rumors and fan wishful thinking to support Z and V are moving in together.

#28 Z & V have been dating for 2 years now and from what I can see they are still going strong. People are still insisting Brad and Angelina will end any day…go figure. Z & V may break up but I doubt it would have anything to do with a movie.

Forget Zac OR the paparazzi, the people his neighbor should REALLY hate are here… the “fans”/posters who praise and BEG for more pctures. WHY do you think (come on, I know even you guys can think now and then) the paparazzi are at this place to begin with??? If NO ONE bought, looked at, responded to, let alone praised and asked for more, there would be NO paparazzi for the neigbor to hate. And uh, I’m sorry but of course the neighbor can blame Zac, again, all thanks to his so-called fans. You see the legit media clammng for these daily stalking reports and pictures of Zac? Nope, it’s all his fans aka paparazzi bill payers.

WHEN THE PAPARAZZI CATCH ZAC AND VANESSA TOGETHER, THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO ASK THEM HOW THEY’RE HANDLING THE NUDE PICTURES. I THINK THEY SAID “CONTROVERSY” OVER THE PICTURES. IF YOU SAW THE VIDEO OF Z AND V COMING OUT OF THAT CAFE WHERE THEY HAD LUNCH, YOU CAN HEAR THESE QUESTIONS.

SURELY NO ONE EXPECTS EITHER OF THEM TO SMILE. AND THEY’RE CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO GIVE AN ANSWER.

I think the neighbor mad at the paps not Zac because the paps always staking out his apartment building all of the time and that somehow bothering Zac’s neighbor and their children. I dont think Zac’s neighbor blame him, they blame the paps who do not respect Zac and their privacy!

Zac is still gentle and glad to see him smile again!

Poor Guy, He became an actor, he didn’t really sign up to be a Celebrity, and now his neighbors are mad at him because Paparrazzi are hanging out around his house. He didn’t invite them there, He doesn’t seem to want them there. I understand all parties involved with this, and it’s puts everyone between a rock and a hard place.

fyi!!! brad and angelina are on their adult ages and they have a child/dren together, zac and vanessa are on their teen years…and going strong???or just paps craze…they have hsm together to promote…
from the co-star pattern milo-alexis,adam-rachel,chad and sophia, jen and jesse these former couples started their relationship fronting numerous gossip bogs and media hype…and eventually broke-up even though they’re show is still going on or not..like jen and jesse..house is going strong but their engagement is not…i say zanessa fans enjoy these while it’s still on!!!but soon Break-up!!!

& for the girl above me…no offense…but just because the couples that you named, broke up….mostly because of DRAMA….doesnt mean that zanessa will end..two years is along time, as long as they are happy…–if they are happy. i am happy for them….and at the looks of it, zac is still standing beside his woman even though she had naked pix surface the web…thats gotta say something…i hope they shock us and stay together till death….for all the haterz…why are yall even here??? just go do something else with you time…us zanessa fans dont want to hear all the negative feedback anyways.
