Zac Efron’s Neighbors are Not So Happy
A solo Zac Efron, in an unsually chipper mood, flashes a small smile for photogs while out and about in Hollywood earlier this week.
His neighbors are apparently pissed with him because paparazzi are now staking out his apartment building all of the time.
Check out LAist for an account of Zac’s neighbor with the paparazzi. Apparently there are pictures of him and Vanessa Hudgens unloading groceries from his car… but they haven’t surfaced yet.

Well to let yall know they are over i heard from people and in magazines that he kissed miley cyrus to get rid of vanessa as instead of breaking up wit her face to face so he kissed miley to get rid of vanessa and computers never lie nor does zac so get used to them being over!!!!!!????
