OlderBritney Spears Loses Custody of Kids
Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her kids, according to TMZ. The pop princess has about 48 hours left with her two sons before they are taken away from her.
L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today stating that baby daddy Kevin Federline “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”
X17 reports Britney took the kids to the drive-thru at Carl’s Jr. at 12:02PM today and surrendered the kids to K-Fed’s bodyguard three minutes later.
Gordon previously found that Britney is a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of alcohol and controlled substances.
Just yesterday, Britney grabbed dinner at a Greek restaurant in Malibu with her two children — Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

If you go to x17 they have the video of brit an hour be4 she gives up her kids. the kids are sleeping in the back of the car as she drives through the drive through at Carl Jr.’s ,and she poses for the cashiers cell phone cameras, she smiles and poses. also she is wearing a silk dress shirt that barely covers her azz. her hair is a mess. she doesn’t look so sad to me -but who knows.she was acting as if she gives up her kids everyday.

Now That She’s Lost Custody Of Her Babies….

A Los Angeles judge on Monday took away Britney Spears‘ custody of her two children, Tater Tot and Small Fry.
The former pop star, who the court labeled a frequent and habitual user of drugs and alcohol, must turn over custody of her kids to Kevin Federline by Wednesday.
The children will stay with K-Fed indefinitely, as he has been granted 100% full physical custody of the boys.
However, despite losing custody of her sons, the court specified on Monday that Spears must still adhere to the orders from a September 17th.
Those orders include:
- Random drug testing.
- Attending individual counseling at least once a week to address parenting issues.
- Meeting with a parenting coach for a minimum of 8 hours a week, in at least two sessions a week.
On the bright side, Britney’s album comes out in six weeks. Woo hoo!
We can’t wait for her to do press to promote the new record.
Oh, wait. She’s probably not gonna do any media cuz every journalist will wanna talk about how big a fck-up she is.

I just read Brit is already out partying, she has a driver and is laughing and smiling.
Must be happy to be free and of course shes high or drinking.
One thing I do know. The court doesn’t rule on hearsay. The court doesn’t rely on just one person saying things. There had to be a pattern of behavior. There had to be evidence of drug use. Things had to be pretty bad before the court could rule someone an unfit mother and take away her kids for the forseeable future.The law is intervening where her parents couldn’t. I was really distressed by the way Britney looked when she was giving up the boys. There is something very sad and unstable about her. She’s clearly mentally ill.I think she will definitely try to harm herself. She will need lots of support to get well. And time. It won’t happen overnight. It may take two or three years to recover. And it might be a year before those kids live with her again. No judge would have given K-Fed custody if he was into bad stuff, himself. The judge checked them both out. Judge could’ve given the kids to the grandparents.Fact is, those kids need peace and quiet and stability right now. They are probably gonna need some time to “recover” from all the running around and turbulence in their tiny lives. What a mess. Very sad.

Both had to get counseling also about parenting, and both had to observe the twelve hour rule about not being with the kids when they were drinking or using controlled substances. Neither parent can hit the kids either. The court ordered Britney to be tested. That doesn’t mean they aren’t testing K-fed.Maybe he voluntarily submitted to testing as a precondition for custody.Courts don’t just take kids away and give them to someone without a thorough investigation. From the minute that last hearing ended,she was like a little kid testing their parents.Brit has a BIG problem with authority. She thinks she can do anything she wants. She is like a child herself.I make a bet she is out partying in three days. I think her behavior will become more extreme and she will have another public meltdown like the headshaving and attacking those cars.She needs to be locked in a mental hospital. Seriously.
