OlderBritney Spears Loses Custody of Kids
Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her kids, according to TMZ. The pop princess has about 48 hours left with her two sons before they are taken away from her.
L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today stating that baby daddy Kevin Federline “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”
X17 reports Britney took the kids to the drive-thru at Carl’s Jr. at 12:02PM today and surrendered the kids to K-Fed’s bodyguard three minutes later.
Gordon previously found that Britney is a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of alcohol and controlled substances.
Just yesterday, Britney grabbed dinner at a Greek restaurant in Malibu with her two children — Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

She might not be the greatest mom but I doubt her looser ex husband was any better, that gold digger ex was just after her money, he care for the $ more than the welfare of his two sons, he had 2 kids with Shar ,why din’t he ask for the custody of his 2 kids with Shar.no sooner will this guy bringing different girls home. and we will be hearing about parties and drug soon. the social workers should take over the kids.

I have absolutely zero sympathy for Britney. She only has hours left with her two boys before she has to hand them over to K-Fed and is she spending that time with them???????? NO!!!!!!!!!!! She’s ****-arsing around town getting spray tans, going out to dinner, visiting the DMV for a licence she should have got friggin’ years ago etc etc. She seems to want to spend her last hours with the kids with the papparazi instead of them. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again - just because a woman has a uterus does not automatically make her a mother. And for all those K-Fed bashers - have we ever, and I mean ever seen any photos of him whoring his kids to the papparazi like Britney has. I think that answer is a big fat NO!!
If I had 48 hours left w/my kids, I don’t think I would have given them up 3 minutes later! Stupid! Hopefully this gives her the wake up calls she needs to get her **** together. Neither one of them is a fit parent for those 2 young boys!
I tell you what! she put away all the friends and family who really care and love for her bc they wouldn’t say YES to her bad choices. She has shown a lot of arrogance and stupidity and now she has to take responsability, she is an adult, a mother and not a kid anymore. Her fans are her worse enemy as they have never been truthful to her, sence she got married first to her sweet heard in las vegas wich i believe is when all started, before she was with KevinF and suppoting her crazines by blaming the world did not and it will not do any favours. Even a lots of her fans hate her family, that really shows who are the truth friends and it doesn’t come from her fans. Just look at anna nicole, her fans probably contribute to her death. If you are in entertainment business you really need your family and your very close friends who really knows you to keep your feet in the ground, not your fans. britney has no body now but her silly firends who are not helping.

Britney’s main problem is that she doesn’t want to build a new life for herself that involves growing up, taking care of her kids, wearing appropriate clothes, and being a respectable person. What she wants is her OLD life back. This was evident from the moment she left K-Fed and went on the David Letterman Show to announce it–”I’m back, y’all!” It was as if she tried to hit the rewind button. Two children change your life permanently, whether they were “mistakes” or not. Who knows what will happen to her career as a singer, but the only way this media circus will stop is if she gets her act together and stops being such a train wreck. She’s been in rehab, has anyone suggested psychotherapy?
