Kelly Clarkson Makes the Sunrise
Kelly Clarkson goes down under and performs on the Aussie breakfast show Sunrise on Monday morning in Sydney, Australia. The Idol champ performed a two-song set and gave a mini-interview.

She did a great performance.. One of the biggest crowds ever.. She was a bit short during the interviews with Mel & Kochie though..

Why should weight matter for singers? Shouldn’t it be their voice that matters? Think of Jennifer Hudson. Her kind of magnificent voice needs a bigger body. You could be thin and do the technologically enhanced “lyric saying” like Britney does in her new album.
Grow up people, seriously! Kelly’s got a wonderful voice; who cares what her weight is? We should embrace that not all stars fall in the anorexic or bulimic category, shouldn’t we? And people wonder why adolescent girls everywhere feel the need to starve themselves into eating disorders…
Kelly’s an awesome performer and has a great voice; end of story.
Who cares what her weight is? Um isnt that the image part of being a rock star?
