Anna Nicole Smith Vomiting
This photo is of Anna Nicole Smith, allegedly dead. Looking at the strain in her neck, it looks like she’s trying to keep her head up, so she’s probably not quite dead. It could be one of her overdoses and why someone photographed it, is beyond me. Anna Nicole has what appears to be vomit around her mouth and is supposedly laying in her bed in the Bahamas.

I read the set up and then the remarks and I did not even open the picture up. It felt eerie to see something like that, after all we all knew or heard how she past away. Did we need to see the after effects too. Who knows what this person thought when they took the picture
Looks photo-shopped to me, but if it is authentic I think this photo needs to be seen. It is disturbing and upsetting, but it’s real. We’ve all seen pictures of her on the red carpet, smiling and looking perfect on the outside. Maybe if younger people saw what drug addiction does to a person and what junkies like Anna Nicole Smith are reduced to, maybe that would take away the glamour associated with that life style.

Ummm she was NOT found on the floor..where do you get your information from? She died in the bed..they even made a big deal about it, because you can’t do CPR (or shouldn’t) in a bed because you need a flat surface to do the compressions…only when the bodygaurd showed up, (after a suppose to be nurse had been doing CPR for 15 minutes) did she get pulled to the floor so he could perform CPR on a hard surface because the bed was too springy.
Im sure the one that found her (one of her employes) would have cleaned her mouth b4 the ambulance and other people got there!!!

She does not have the pallor of death. The rigidity sets in very quickly. I have witnessed death twice in my life, once at a hospital bedside, and once at a hospice. Once you see the real thing, there is no mistaking it. Anna was unconsciencous, but not dead in this photo. Still, it is very disturbing. Something I really did not wish to see, but in Jared’s defense, it is all over the internet anyway. You have a choice to view it, or not.

First of all that’s not her death photo, that’s not the Hard Rock and she certainly wasn’t deceased anywhere else. Second, that’s not vomit. It looks like food, I’ve never seen vomit that thick nor in two different colors. She looks like she had just eaten something really sloppily and made a mess. Third, WE DON’T KNOW if she was high, drunk, drugged, or whatever. For all we know she could have fallen alseep and someone took the pic to make fun of her. It’s possible she could have been out of it but I highly doubt she had ODed. When you OD you are UNCONSCIOUS and lose all control of your muscles. That is not a woman who is limp, flaccid, or unconscious. I’ve learned from all this hooplah that you can’t take anything, even a a picture, at face value because one frame taken out of context can change something innocuous into something nasty.
As for showing them, while it was in bad taste to take it in the first place. It’s even worse to sell it (and I doubt anybody from her camp would be dumb enough at this point to seel something like this and wake the media demon that threatened to eat her, her daughter, Howard K. Stern, and Larry Birkhead alive) and then show it. The folks who stole all that sh*t from her house and have been slowly selling her belongings bit by bit (starting with those fridge shots and the shots of her the Bahamian Prime Minister) are obviously still upset about legally losing the house to her estate and are still getting theri money back any way they can
Fact of the matter is the woman had issues, she was a big girl who made crappy decisions and the last one killed her. idontlikeyouinthatway.com has been emailed the same picture and another one in which Anna is awake holding her baby girl. there is a story behind it saying Howard took the picture weeks before Anna’s death and when Anna saw the pictures she gave the camera to her body guard and said she felt like someone was trying to kill her….so allegedly the body guard is releasing the pics to show that there was foul play involved. its all very sad.

It appears that Anna probably came close to overdosing several times and the people around her were forced to resort to taking pictures to reflect/scare/give any sense of reality to her, when she was sober. So sad. R.I.P.Anna.

Trust me, I worked in a funeral home and we got people still warm…this is NOT a death photo!
I worked in hospitals and nursing homes, I’ve seen more dead people that the average person…….this is NOT a death pic.
It looks like she was at her home in the Bahama’s shortly before her death, possibly while she was ill before her trip to FL.
Probably stoned off her rear and nearly passed out, thats food (ice cream it looks like) not vomit. Perhaps Stern or the nurse missed her mouth when they spoon fed her or it was photoshopped……but she was very much ALIVE in this pic.
She would have had a white pallor with purple mottling of the lips and a bluish cast to other areas, nose, eyes, bottom of the ears….places where the blood would have coagulated faster, plus after death the mottling would be on the lowest part of the body settling to whatever position they were in.

This is not entertainment, I find this post very distasteful. I always thought this site used a bit more discretion when it came to it’s content, but now I see it’s no different than any of the other celebrity trash heaps. Neck muscles are not conclusive with a “death photo”. That is obvious strain to keep the head up. I agree with Michael (post #146). If we start showing people what chemical or drug addiction does to people we may have less of it going on. Especially, the ones coming from Hollywood.

As a medic, I can tell you that VERY SOON after someone “expires”… they turn a dusky blue color (lack of circulating Oxygen) from mid chest upward. She is NOT dead, or has not been for many minutes in this photo.
WHAT I WONDER…is why the hell some Numb-Nuts would be taking pictures INSTEAD of doing CPR and getting help ?? Calling *911 BEFORE calling Howard ??!! Moe’s wife calls herself a nurse…. and says she tried CPR on Anna… in the bed ?? ANY medically trained person KNOWS you CANNOT do EFFECTIVE CPR on a soft surface (such as a BED)…. drag them down on the floor.

Jared, I have a blog and this is exactly why I do not take comments anymore. People presume that they can tell you what to post.
I used to support Howard but no more. If you follow this story, this is just one more of the many irresponsible episodes of neglect and exploitation from those that were supposed to love and care for Anna Nicole.
You know, “maybe” in the clown video, Anna was “clowning around” but not in this one. There is a statement from Stern’s attorney Lin Wood on the Insider website claiming that it was a joke.
Why publish this? I did not have the heart to publish it but this story is in the public eye and with all the lawsuits flying around clogging up the courts, the public has a right to know…

As atrocious as these photos are, it is important they are posted throughout the Internet.
Most of us knew she was incapable of making the decision in Florida to be taken to the hospital which would have saved her life! With these photos taken only two to six weeks prior to her death, one has the awareness of how drugged (”knocked out”) she was kept between September and February when she died by her personal attorney and the “friendly” psychiatrist! These photos were taken by a very sick person who in my personal opionion abused her with drugs for a very long time! May the truth prevail on behalf of her daughter!
Get real everyone! This is an old picture. You can tell by her dark eyebrows and long hair which is in a braid. Compare it to pics after she had Dannielyn… you are all so freekin’ gullible!

This isn’t photoshopped, nor is she dead. It’s a photo that was taken by a friend to show Anna how bad she got, when she was drinking and doing drugs. It was taken, merely to show her proof, of how bad she got, cause she wasn’t listening, so they thought if they showed her proof, she’d get help. Obviously this so called trusted friend, leaked it, with the tag line of her being dead. Sick and Sad, even to post it if she isn’t dead, or is. Either way, it’s wrong, but clearly, she is not dead, just passed out in her own vomit.
That’s cole slaw. If you dare to look at it closely, you can see lettuce and carrots. She’s either too wasted to chew it and keep it in her mouth, or who ever is helping her eat is being sloppy on purpose (for the purpose of taking the photo and leaking it, and making it into some huge thing when it probably isn’t, like what’s obviously happened). Either way, it’s very disgusting, and whoever took that picture shouldn’t have done so. It *might* be vomit, if that cole slaw looking stuff was eaten VERY recently. Otherwise, it’s highly doubtful that it’s vomit, because it just doesn’t usually look like that.
By the way, this is NOT a death picture. Like others have said, if she were anywhere near death in this photo, she’d be very pale, and certain parts of her skin would be BLUE. There’s FAR too much color in her skin to come close to labelling this as a death/dying picture. Other than the gross food leaking out of her mouth, the only other thing that I can find strange about this picture is that her lips seem more swollen than normal.
So I’m a little bit offended, but this is Anna Nicole… Anything surrounding her is gaurenteed to be outrageous, strange, offensive, and… just out there. Not so much offended that Jared posted this, but offended that she had to be degraded in this manner. That being said, this picture needs to stay up. Not for just curiosity purposes, but to show young America what can happen if they decide to get into illegal substances, like what much of young Hollywood is doing. Anna was just so obviously wasted in this picture, and whoever took the picture (quite likely Howard K. Stern) was just looking for another way to get some kind of money out of her.
So to others, I hate to sound rude, but please stop complaining. You took it upon yourselves to look at the picture. And you’re blaming Jared for it, because he’s the one who put it up. He warned you HEAVILY that this picture would be graphic, and he didn’t force you to look at it. So please just stop complaining, because Jared isn’t to blame for making you look, you are, because admit it, you were curious like everyone else.

If it were a loved one, of course I would be upset, but depending how I would be offended would depend on the condition of the person in the picture. If the result of sickness were from substance abuse, I would still want for it to stay up, to show younger generations (and even a few older ones) what happens when you abuse illegal substances… Because honestly? A lot of people don’t understand what can happen when you do dumb crap like that, and they think they’ll be invincible.
You act like Anna’s been stabbed to death, and is lying there dying, bleeding to death severely while no one helps. She’s obviously just wasted. It’s not that hard to look at. If Anna were a bloody mess, with OBVIOUS (like gaping wounds or bloody cuts all over) then I would be more upset by the picture than I currently am.
To better answer your question. If the person in the photo were a bloody mess, an obvious abuse victim, stabbed or just violently man handeled, I would be upset and would want the picture to be taken down. If it’s just like the Anna Nicole picture above… I’m sorry, but I don’t think I would be too offended. Call me a cold hearted snake, but it just takes a lot to offend me. It is actaully irrelevant when this photo was taken and under what circumstances. The relevant point here (why most people are offended by this photo) is that the woman is now dead. She is not here to defend herself. She has a baby daughter who will one day see a photo she should NEVER have to. Have some damn respect. She deserves the dignity to be left to rest in peace.

If you can see the picture details (hover mouse over photo) it says it was taken Jan 12, 2007 @12:11 pm with a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT thus contradicting Howard K Stern’s claim that this photo was stolen off of Anna’s Cell phone.
