She was not dead yet in this pic. Dead people’s head would flop down backwards & hers did not…. The muscles in her neck are contracting– meaning to say that she was alive when this pic was taken.

Her hair did not have the pink color in it when she died. ALSO..it doesn’t even look like throwup! Look at the right corner of her mouth..it looks like she had been eating something and was drunk or drugged or whatever but she ate what ever it was sloppy. Howard was always taking pics to laugh about later, so I’m sure this is what this pic is..come on you babies..stop whining foul play when you’re on here just searching for some gossip!

She does not have the pallor of death. The rigidity sets in very quickly. I have witnessed death twice in my life, once at a hospital bedside, and once at a hospice. Once you see the real thing, there is no mistaking it. Anna was unconsciencous, but not dead in this photo. Still, it is very disturbing. Something I really did not wish to see, but in Jared’s defense, it is all over the internet anyway. You have a choice to view it, or not.

First of all that’s not her death photo, that’s not the Hard Rock and she certainly wasn’t deceased anywhere else. Second, that’s not vomit. It looks like food, I’ve never seen vomit that thick nor in two different colors. She looks like she had just eaten something really sloppily and made a mess. Third, WE DON’T KNOW if she was high, drunk, drugged, or whatever. For all we know she could have fallen alseep and someone took the pic to make fun of her. It’s possible she could have been out of it but I highly doubt she had ODed. When you OD you are UNCONSCIOUS and lose all control of your muscles. That is not a woman who is limp, flaccid, or unconscious. I’ve learned from all this hooplah that you can’t take anything, even a a picture, at face value because one frame taken out of context can change something innocuous into something nasty.

As for showing them, while it was in bad taste to take it in the first place. It’s even worse to sell it (and I doubt anybody from her camp would be dumb enough at this point to seel something like this and wake the media demon that threatened to eat her, her daughter, Howard K. Stern, and Larry Birkhead alive) and then show it. The folks who stole all that sh*t from her house and have been slowly selling her belongings bit by bit (starting with those fridge shots and the shots of her the Bahamian Prime Minister) are obviously still upset about legally losing the house to her estate and are still getting theri money back any way they can

Fact of the matter is the woman had issues, she was a big girl who made crappy decisions and the last one killed her. I’m tired of the media and such insulting my intelligence with murder conspiracy crap when the police and ME reports are a click away and dispell all that crap. She’s dead, let it go, let her go, and move on for goodness sakes!

As a last note, I find it highly suspicious that the day Howard K. Stern files a $60 million dollar libel lawsuit against Rita Cosby for the book she wrote these pictures surface. Sure seems like someone is trying to use the media (again) to sway public opinion in hopes of getting out of paying a crap load of money. That’s what this is all about, FOLLOW THE MONEY. Sure don’t seem like it’s heading to the Bahamas either.
