Neck muscles are not conclusive with a “death photo”. That is obvious strain to keep the head up. I agree with Michael (post #146). If we start showing people what chemical or drug addiction does to people we may have less of it going on. Especially, the ones coming from Hollywood.

Jared, I have a blog and this is exactly why I do not take comments anymore. People presume that they can tell you what to post.

I used to support Howard but no more. If you follow this story, this is just one more of the many irresponsible episodes of neglect and exploitation from those that were supposed to love and care for Anna Nicole.

You know, “maybe” in the clown video, Anna was “clowning around” but not in this one. There is a statement from Stern’s attorney Lin Wood on the Insider website claiming that it was a joke.

Why publish this? I did not have the heart to publish it but this story is in the public eye and with all the lawsuits flying around clogging up the courts, the public has a right to know…

It’s a shame that people will not let Anna Nicole rest in peace and to see a picture like this is so disturbing….

As atrocious as these photos are, it is important they are posted throughout the Internet.

Most of us knew she was incapable of making the decision in Florida to be taken to the hospital which would have saved her life! With these photos taken only two to six weeks prior to her death, one has the awareness of how drugged (”knocked out”) she was kept between September and February when she died by her personal attorney and the “friendly” psychiatrist! These photos were taken by a very sick person who in my personal opionion abused her with drugs for a very long time! May the truth prevail on behalf of her daughter!

WHY ON~EARTH WOULD ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WANT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF A PERSON AS ILL AS SHE WAS IF NOT WITH MALICIOUS INTENT!! SORRY…BUT THE PERSON WHO DID THIS WAS NOT A FRIEND BUT AN OPPORTUNISTIC ENEMY!!

That’s cole slaw. If you dare to look at it closely, you can see lettuce and carrots. She’s either too wasted to chew it and keep it in her mouth, or who ever is helping her eat is being sloppy on purpose (for the purpose of taking the photo and leaking it, and making it into some huge thing when it probably isn’t, like what’s obviously happened). Either way, it’s very disgusting, and whoever took that picture shouldn’t have done so. It *might* be vomit, if that cole slaw looking stuff was eaten VERY recently. Otherwise, it’s highly doubtful that it’s vomit, because it just doesn’t usually look like that.

By the way, this is NOT a death picture. Like others have said, if she were anywhere near death in this photo, she’d be very pale, and certain parts of her skin would be BLUE. There’s FAR too much color in her skin to come close to labelling this as a death/dying picture. Other than the gross food leaking out of her mouth, the only other thing that I can find strange about this picture is that her lips seem more swollen than normal.

So I’m a little bit offended, but this is Anna Nicole… Anything surrounding her is gaurenteed to be outrageous, strange, offensive, and… just out there. Not so much offended that Jared posted this, but offended that she had to be degraded in this manner. That being said, this picture needs to stay up. Not for just curiosity purposes, but to show young America what can happen if they decide to get into illegal substances, like what much of young Hollywood is doing. Anna was just so obviously wasted in this picture, and whoever took the picture (quite likely Howard K. Stern) was just looking for another way to get some kind of money out of her.

So to others, I hate to sound rude, but please stop complaining. You took it upon yourselves to look at the picture. And you’re blaming Jared for it, because he’s the one who put it up. He warned you HEAVILY that this picture would be graphic, and he didn’t force you to look at it. So please just stop complaining, because Jared isn’t to blame for making you look, you are, because admit it, you were curious like everyone else.
