That’s cole slaw. If you dare to look at it closely, you can see lettuce and carrots. She’s either too wasted to chew it and keep it in her mouth, or who ever is helping her eat is being sloppy on purpose (for the purpose of taking the photo and leaking it, and making it into some huge thing when it probably isn’t, like what’s obviously happened). Either way, it’s very disgusting, and whoever took that picture shouldn’t have done so. It *might* be vomit, if that cole slaw looking stuff was eaten VERY recently. Otherwise, it’s highly doubtful that it’s vomit, because it just doesn’t usually look like that.

By the way, this is NOT a death picture. Like others have said, if she were anywhere near death in this photo, she’d be very pale, and certain parts of her skin would be BLUE. There’s FAR too much color in her skin to come close to labelling this as a death/dying picture. Other than the gross food leaking out of her mouth, the only other thing that I can find strange about this picture is that her lips seem more swollen than normal.

So I’m a little bit offended, but this is Anna Nicole… Anything surrounding her is gaurenteed to be outrageous, strange, offensive, and… just out there. Not so much offended that Jared posted this, but offended that she had to be degraded in this manner. That being said, this picture needs to stay up. Not for just curiosity purposes, but to show young America what can happen if they decide to get into illegal substances, like what much of young Hollywood is doing. Anna was just so obviously wasted in this picture, and whoever took the picture (quite likely Howard K. Stern) was just looking for another way to get some kind of money out of her.

So to others, I hate to sound rude, but please stop complaining. You took it upon yourselves to look at the picture. And you’re blaming Jared for it, because he’s the one who put it up. He warned you HEAVILY that this picture would be graphic, and he didn’t force you to look at it. So please just stop complaining, because Jared isn’t to blame for making you look, you are, because admit it, you were curious like everyone else.

If it were a loved one, of course I would be upset, but depending how I would be offended would depend on the condition of the person in the picture. If the result of sickness were from substance abuse, I would still want for it to stay up, to show younger generations (and even a few older ones) what happens when you abuse illegal substances… Because honestly? A lot of people don’t understand what can happen when you do dumb crap like that, and they think they’ll be invincible.

You act like Anna’s been stabbed to death, and is lying there dying, bleeding to death severely while no one helps. She’s obviously just wasted. It’s not that hard to look at. If Anna were a bloody mess, with OBVIOUS (like gaping wounds or bloody cuts all over) then I would be more upset by the picture than I currently am.

To better answer your question. If the person in the photo were a bloody mess, an obvious abuse victim, stabbed or just violently man handeled, I would be upset and would want the picture to be taken down. If it’s just like the Anna Nicole picture above… I’m sorry, but I don’t think I would be too offended. Call me a cold hearted snake, but it just takes a lot to offend me. A lot of the people here seem to be too easily offended, if you ask me. =\

I feel so terrible that someone would actually stoop this low to gain some sort of 15 minute spotlight or $$$. Honestly, don’t you have morales? this poor woman went thru so much and she was finally getting her life on track and then she lost her life, she can’t even rest in final resting place with out having her name and face splattered and put thru the ringer.. If you can see the picture details (hover mouse over photo) it says it was taken Jan 12, 2007 @12:11 pm with a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT thus contradicting Howard K Stern’s claim that this photo was stolen off of Anna’s Cell phone. This photo was probably taken by HIM!!!
