Jude Law @ ‘Sleuth’ Premiere
Jude Law plays up his detective role by wearing a fedora at the premiere of his twisty two-character thriller Sleuth at the Paris Theatre on Tuesday in New York City. Now all he needs is a trench coat to finish off his look!
The British actor was accompanied by Sony Pictures Classics co-president Tom Bernard, director Kenneth Branagh, costar Michael Caine and Sony Pictures Classics co-president Michael Barker.
Sleuth opens in limited release on October 12.

Double-header night with the SlEUTH shindig and Letterman. Some people
can wear pots on their head they look good in anything and it doesn’t
matter and some people shouldn’t try - well Jude as usual takes it all

Very nice video at the premiere of Sleuth. michael Caine was interviewed and he said that the one thing most people do not know about Jude is how devoted he is to his kids. He said he has called him several times to invite him for dinner and he’s always going out with his kids somewhere.
As to the missing week, he’s been in Toronto practicing his lines for Repossession Mambo.

G., There are pictures of him years ago with his kids (one was still a baby) where his hair was shaved off, but you could still see the hairline…and it’s just like it is now. He grows his hair out and styles it however he wants it.
Oh please he has the same hairline since AI.

jared…you doll. i just saw jude on david letterman. he is the most intellingent charismatic guy. he’s so out there. i love his story about his emcounter with the paparazzi when he had to go the police station. you can’t take your eyes off jude when he talking. he smiles and laughs so easily. i prefer him with more hair..but he’s an actor and he does what he has to do for the role…he’s got the most animated face. i just love watching him and listening to that voice. oh and i did i mention that face. so beautiful….thanks again jated.
Dolores, I liked how when he was talking about his vacation in the Scilly Islands this summer, Dave said that “the Scilly Islands” sounds very Monty Python…that was funny…
He’s a cutie regardless, but I do hope he lets his hair grow back out, because I like it when it’s long enough to curl a little…
He is so damned good-looking he could be bald as a cue ball (like the ugly Wentworth people seem to like) or have a Ronald McDonald wig on and he’d still be so good-looking it’s almost otherworldly!
Just saw I Heart Huckabees — not for the usualy mouth breathers on here, very philosophical and you almost have to watch it more than once, or at least watch the DVD commentary. He is so amazing in that as the charismatic guy who knows his looks and charm carry him through most situations so he doesn’t have to try. His closeups are mesmerizing. His emotional range is fantastic.
Really cool outfit……except for the lower part of the pants…..way too tight.
But that´s just a little thing- he looks really cool.

PLEAAAASE someone tell me where i can see Jude on David Letterman???because i’m going crazy about it..
to answer that poster’s question about limited release. sleuth will probably open in new york and los angeles on oct.12…then on october 26 it will be in other select cities throughout the united states. it will be shown all over the world. in venice they gave it a 7 minute standing ovation at the film festival……jude is so eloquent when he talks. he is so damn smart and sharp. when he smiles you melt and when he gives you that intense come hither look you turn into a blob. he was on the today show and i didn’t even know it.anybody see it?jude grow your hair back please….at this point i’ll take pig tails.
