OlderHigh School Musical 3: Filming Begins January
Exciting news! Filming for High School Musical 3 begins in January, according to OK! magazine.
“The script is getting written — it starts in January, and it’s a feature film,” HSM’s Jason (Ryne Sanborn, 18) said at the world premiere of High School Musical: The Ice Tour in NYC on Sept. 29. “[But] I haven’t gotten a call saying, ‘We want you to do it.’”
Olesya Rulin, 21, aka piano player Kelsi, added, “It if happens, I’ll be ecstatic to be in the third one.”
OK! also reports, “After the Vanessa Hudgens nude photo scandal, and the rising profile of series star Zac Efron, Kaycee Stroh, 23, who plays Martha, hopes the cast remains the same. ‘Our fingers are crossed because we love each other. The chemistry’s great with the 10 of us.’”
According to Life & Style, Zac is being offered $3.25 million dollars to star in HSM3 and Vanessa, a measly $1.3 million dollars. Chump change, people!
According to IMDB, two of the film’s working titles are High School Musical 3: Gradu-Dancin and Haunted High School Musical. Do you like any of those titles?

ITS GOOD TO KNOW THAT VANESSA AND EVERYONE ELSE FROM THE ORIGINAL CAST ARE INCLUDED IN HSM3. You cant always replace a major leads. They did this on “The Prince & Me 2″ they replaced Julia Styles and it SUCKED BIG ASS. Its not like Vanessa published those nud3 pictures herself. They came from a third party who probably wanted to ruin Vanessa’s career right? Jeeze man. I love HSM and HSM2 and I would SURE love HSM3 IF VANESSA (OR ANY OTHER CAST AS WELL) WASN’T REPLACED. Thats just stupid. Its getting me all cranky just thinking about it.
PS: the team-ups have good chemistry. I’m loving it & I’m really looking forward for HSM3:)

I am soooooo excited about high school musical 3 the sound of haunted high school musical wicked! Vannessa only getting payed $1.3 million not fair they should get equal amounts as they are the most important characters. What about ashley, corbin, lucas and monique??? Are they getting payed anything as they are impotant too! OK magazine arnt right to say vannessa isnt in hsm3 when she is everyone knows that even disney does! STOP LYING OK MAGAZINE!! Zac u are the cutest boy in the flim i luv u!!!! Everyone in England luves hsm England is here for all the cast and crew of hsm backing behind u all the way!!! Advice to them even though im not important i will give this advice anyway to all the cast and crew good luck and always try your best never give up to easily everyone is here to catch u if u fall and just give it your best shot!!!
