People can’t get enough of Jennifer Aniston!
The former Friends star is the top cover star, according to Forbes‘ first-ever analysis of the top-selling celebrity faces. Her face has collectively sold more than 5 million copies. Here’s who rounded out the top 10?
2) Brad Pitt
3) Scarlett Johansson
4) Angelina Jolie
5) Reese Witherspoon
6) Katie Holmes
7) Carrie Underwood
8) Jennifer Hudson [tie]
8) Valerie Bertinelli [tie]
10) Kelly Ripa
Think their analysis is hokey? Check out their formula: “We looked at the newsstand sales of the six leading celebrity weeklies– People, Star, US Weekly, In Touch Weekly, Life & Style and OK!–over a six-month period ending June 30, as supplied by the Audit Bureau of Circulations. We eliminated all non-celebrity and collage covers as well as special issues with exceptionally large rate bases. Then we counted how many more–or less–issues the celebrity’s cover sold, as compared with the magazine’s average newsstand sales. Next, we factored in the number of full covers a celebrity graced. Finally, we ranked his or her consumer appeal using data from Encino, Calif.-based polling firm E-Poll Market Research to rule out flukes.”
The biggest disappointment at the newsstand? Britney Spears with an abnormally low appeal score of 3. The only one who scored worse? Paris Hilton, who scored a 2.

Well, shouldn’t she be commended for enhancing her very ordinary looks to the max? Although it must have been creepy for Brad to see her true brown eye color every now and then–probably contributed to him realizing how frivolous she really is.
Also I always think she looks fine, but she just isn’t expected to be this glamorous movie star with her looks. She is a FUNNY woman, a clown, and she has the right look for it. Aniston and her fans should stop hoping and trying to make her what she will never be: a leading lady in a dramatic role.

get your facts straight… she just visited with Jen this past fathers day weekend 2007!! NOT 2005. (When I said 2005, I was referring to their last meeting which was Chicago June 2005. Get your comprehension straight. Go back and read my post # 313. Form Jane’s last get together in June 2005 to June 2007 (Father’s Day) is 2 years. If according to your post, if Jane and Jen are such good friends, why wasnt more gatherings???? )
That’s when the tab’s had a field day saying that Angie was pissed at jane. That was this year dumb a**! I’m sure there have been plenty of visits to one another that have gone unnoticed. She was filming in Chicago for a long time while she was going through the separation - I’m sure Jen was visiting with Jane at that time and vice versa. ( Dont lie !!! Why wasnt there any photos if there are more visits? Dont the paps know any meeting betwen Jane and Jen would be money shot and also according to you a field day for the paps? Remember you idol Jen has the habit of calling paps. Remember she called paps on her LAX debacle? She called the paps on this Father’s Day visit.
Bottom line, there were only 2 meetings in 2 years. (6/05 and 6/07 )

This week, it’s top selling faces, not in terms of plastic surgery requests, but by magazine sales. According to Forbes, Jennifer Aniston has the best selling mug.
But in the past year, Jennifer Aniston has not found love, lost love, become addicted to drugs and/or alcohol, overcome addiction to drug and/or alcohol, gained weight, lost weight, given birth to a child or adopted a child.
It’s a mystery to us that she even gets on the cover of tabloids, let alone sells them. But the list is kind of funny: Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan, who’ve done nearly all of those things, didn’t even make it.
So how did Forbes come up with this list of top selling faces?
Forbes.com calculated the tabloid appeal of a celebrity by comparing how many issues a cover sold with the magazine’s average newsstand sales. The Web site then factored in the number of full covers a celeb graced, and ranked his or her consumer appeal using data from Encino, Calif-based polling firm E-Poll Market Research to rule out flukes.
All of which sounds like a lot of work for a list that has no real value. It’s moments like this that we’re glad we’re no longer interns.

Instead of “just saying”, you need to start “just thinking”. You could not be more mistaken. I don’t hate Jennifer at all; you don’t hate someone who is so insignificant. I feel pity for her mixed with a good deal of contempt for the way she screwed up her marriage and her life, coming across as so desperate that she will grab at any man that comes within ten feet of her, but I don’t hate her. Actually, I could wish her well, if she would take a year or two off and totally reinvent herself so that she will become relevant. “Tabloid Queen” indeed. How low can you go?
