The former Friends star is the top cover star, according to Forbes‘ first-ever analysis of the top-selling celebrity faces. Her face has collectively sold more than 5 million copies. Here’s who rounded out the top 10?

Think their analysis is hokey? Check out their formula: “We looked at the newsstand sales of the six leading celebrity weeklies– People, Star, US Weekly, In Touch Weekly, Life & Style and OK!–over a six-month period ending June 30, as supplied by the Audit Bureau of Circulations. We eliminated all non-celebrity and collage covers as well as special issues with exceptionally large rate bases. Then we counted how many more–or less–issues the celebrity’s cover sold, as compared with the magazine’s average newsstand sales. Next, we factored in the number of full covers a celebrity graced. Finally, we ranked his or her consumer appeal using data from Encino, Calif.-based polling firm E-Poll Market Research to rule out flukes.”
The biggest disappointment at the newsstand? Britney Spears with an abnormally low appeal score of 3. The only one who scored worse? Paris Hilton, who scored a 2.

Haters..think before you speak or write..THINK about the fact that young people get affected by comments like Skelator/Skeletor or Maniston, especially young girls. I doubt that Angelina is the only woman on earth suffering from weight-loss caused by grief and stress…and I doubt that Jennifer is the only woman in the world with a “large” chin…THINK about the fact that you are indirectly insulting every person on earth with similar features or problems!

Interesting, but it doesn’t make sense. If Brad and Angelina don’t sell, then why am I seeing them on the cover of every single tabloid week after week after week? It’s getting beyond ridiculous. The only thing the tabs care about is their bottom line, just like any other publication; so why would they keep putting them on the cover if they didn’t sell? And lately, when Aniston does make the cover of a tabloid, it’s always connected to some negative story about why she can’t get a man. Is this really what people want to read?
However, I’d be delighted if I never saw Brad and Angelina on the cover of another tabloid. Then maybe people would leave them alone and they would be able to raise their children in peace and quiet. They have no need of tabloids. Aniston, on the other hand, has no existence to speak of outside the tabloids. So if they want to feature her every week, 52 weeks a year, I’m fine with it. I never buy the tabs anyway so it makes no difference to me who they put on their cover.
