Joaquin Phoenix, puffing away on a cancer stick, grows a pair of wings and catches a flight out of LAX airport on Wednesday in Los Angeles. The smoking (figuratively and literally) actor was seen hugging, presumably, family.
Joaquin toted around a hot-as-Hades metallic duffel bag by Diane Von Fursternberg.
Mr. Phoenix is on his way to do more press for his upcoming film Reservation Road costarring Jennifer Connelly, Mark Ruffalo, Mira Sorvino and Elle Fanning. The drama thriller will be released nationwide on October 19.

I can see enough from the side of her face or other pics of other girlfriends — and it seems like he goes for the NON-HOLLYWOOD types example: the non-clone Pamela, Jessica Alba painted face and body, bleached hair and FF implants types… is that clear and understandable for those who don’t understand what unique means….everyone views beauty differently so everyone is entitled to their own opinions…

There is no way Teuta “broke up with him.” No way on earth. I have heard he broke up with her and they weren’t even serious anyway. people have a habit of assuming that just because he is seen with a girl for a while, they are in this serious relationship and totally committed. That wasn’t the case
people keep saying he picks a girl who looks like teuta, but she looks NOTHING like teuta from her profile. TOTALLy different face. youre judging by a haircut and her clothes which are both the fashion “in” right now. all the followers go and get the clothes that are “in” this season. that doesnt mean she looks like teuta.
I think he looks hot here. I’m biased, sure, because he is so wonderful–and from what everone says, he’s wonderful on the inside too. I like that he doesn’t act, look, or date “Hollywood” Thank god there are still a few interesting, brilliant, cool guys out there. By the way, those aviators look ridiculously sexy on him.

i think you have it all wrong, she seems interesting looking… fashonista to me is a stick on a runaway that weighs like 10 pounds and can’t even make the clothes look great and fashionable because she is too thin. He goes for different looking girls are just not Hollywood types… Thank god he does not seem to go for the botox filled up, blonde types full of silicone… I think he would be more shallow dating of those… I liked the looks of Teuta, Topaz and a few others and so I think he is interesting tast. I agree with Julie. Thank god there are still some men out there that live in Hollywood that don’t necessarily date Hollywood.
I also like to add that I think it is hillarious as you make it sound like he goes to these shops and picks out these mannequins who like each other and say “Oh, I will date her because she has black hair and is wearing stretchie pants…” LOL you guys make me laugh. He has dated plenty of different of types in his past and SO WHAT if it happens to be that the last girl Teuta and this one look similar in style… BIG DEAL!! I think it is funny…
She looks homely to me. Homely and a tad overweight compared to his other girls. She might want to lose a few pounds if she wants to keep him. He luuuurves those super-skinnies and there are lots of them around in Hollyweird.

No that’s not Teuta. Look at her face - Teuta was thin around the jaw but this girl has a lot of fat on her neck and jaw and her legs are a lot thicker.

It isn’t teuta and she isn’t preganant. Second, I am not a huge fan of this guys but he does NOT have a type. He dates the most random women ever. Liv tyler is pretty and curvy NOT a stick figure by any means. Topaz was very thin, teuta was normal sized,and this chick is normal too but a little bigger than teuta. All of hid girlfriends have had different hair/eye colors, and skin color. So yeah, he doesn’t date similar people. I would say he doesn’t have a type other than I don’t think he likes blondes too much because he is never seen with one.

She needs to lose weight?! WTF? Do you work in the modeling industry or something? She’s no goddess but she sure as hell doesn’t need to lose weight. Anyone who thinks that seriously needs to get their head examined and read real-life accounts of girls all over this Country trying to recover from eating disorders just because they thought they “needed to lose a little weight.” God, that really pisses me off when a perfectly normal and HEALTHY looking girl is told that she needs to lose a few pounds. This girl whoever she is doesn’t need to do anything except sue her hairstylist for that god-awful cut.
And BTW, this man dates all colors of the rainbow. For the time being he seems to be going through the black, bowl-cut look, but he’ll done with that in a few months time.
Giles, I don’t think anyone said that she should lose weight. She has a healthy body type. I just hate when people try and play like either of them are “too thin” because they aren’t. If you saw either her or teuta on the street you’d never be like “omg she is so skinny” because they have a normal body type. I think people like to make sh*t up just for the hell of it. It is clear these girls are healthy./

I thought the same. The girl is definitely slim enough she does not need to lose weight at all. She is slim enough as it is… I agree with 82 as he dated a blonde last year, I think Katie Parfet. He does date all colours of the rainbow and some Inge girl who was a model and quite voluptious I heard. This is only what I read but I have seen him with a blonde or redhead before (Jessica Joffe).

And you’re right evie, Inger was very curvy as well.
Liv was thin when they STARTED dating. Check out her pics from the movie they were in together. She only started putting on the weight after they got together. She and Inger were unusual in that they both have breasts. What I notice is he likes women with very small or no breasts and childlike bodies.

I have lost count of the times I have seen girls on Joaquin fan sites say something along the lines of “Seeing him with such thin girls makes me want to diet.” That has always disturbed me. There are so many very young fans out there that are impressionable. They see him with a girl they perceive to be much thinner than they are and they want to be like her. So it is somewhat ironic to talk about eating disorders when I am positive some girls will have dieted purely because they saw Joaquin with a “thin” girl. Obviously this is not his fault, but it ought to be pointed out.
