- Isaac Hanson, the eldest member of rock group Hanson, remained hospitalized Wednesday night after complaining of chest and shoulder pain following a performance the night before. Isaac, 26, was taken to Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas on Tuesday night. A nursing supervisor said Hanson was in stable condition Wednesday night. Dallas-Fort Worth television station KDFW reported he was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism, which occurs when a blood clot in the extremities breaks away and travels to the lungs.
- Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were spotted at E. 49th and Lexington Tuesday night. According to a spy they were laughing hysterically at a sign for Best Western that said “hospitality lodging.”
- Jennifer Aniston supposedly purchased an apartment at 20 Pine, The Collection – the Armani/Casa designed building in the financial district. However, Aniston’s publicist told Extra the rumors are “not true.” He goes on to say, “She has not purchased an apartment in New York. She may in the distant future but she doesn’t even know what that building is and hasn’t even looked at any places yet.”
- Ben Affleck’s daughter, Violet, shouted “The Red Sox!” when a man asked her who her favorite baseball team was during a visit to the Children’s Museum on Manhattan Saturday.
- Billy Ray Cyrus and his daughter, Miley, will perform his new song, “Ready, Set, Don’t Go” on Tuesday’s “Dancing With the Stars” results show. The recently recorded duet will be released to country radio stations after the performance. Meanwhile, Gloria Estefan and Avril Lavigne are scheduled to appear on “Dancing” later in the season.
- Hulk Hogan will host “American Gladiators,” an NBC reality competition pitting amateur athletes against action stars and stunt pros. The show premieres mid-season.
