Britney Spears - “Gimme More” Music Video
The Britney Spears “Gimme More” Music Video was supposed to premiere Monday on TRL but it’s already available on iTunes. It’s the first video off her upcoming album, out Nov. 13.
Brit plays “split personalities” but the dominant/dark one wears a leather vest, a studded belt and skimpy panties over ripped fishnet stockings.
The video (mostly swinging around a stripper pole) was Brit’s “concept and her vision” and directed by first-timer Jake Sarfaty (”handpicked” by Ms. Spears).

It’s not bad as auch ie: the idea behind it isn’t terrible but the way it’s carried out is…it just looks cheap & as if it’s something a few teenage girls would throw together & post on youtube or something.

Listen, the VMA performance, the video, it’s all the same - it’s not THAT bad.
People are bitching because it’s not the normal Britney standard we expect, and because there are such high expectations from her.
The song’s amazing, the video’s not bad, it’s just a little dull. At least she looks beautiful in it!

Ummmm This is the worse video Britney has ever done, and it really needed to be the best at this point in her career.
I’m really disappointed and cringed throughout the whole thing. Oh well. I like the song though and have good vibes about the album.
But her label should have ensured Britney was well enough to market this album and produce a good video, cos this one sucks!
