Britney Spears - “Gimme More” Music Video
The Britney Spears “Gimme More” Music Video was supposed to premiere Monday on TRL but it’s already available on iTunes. It’s the first video off her upcoming album, out Nov. 13.
Brit plays “split personalities” but the dominant/dark one wears a leather vest, a studded belt and skimpy panties over ripped fishnet stockings.
The video (mostly swinging around a stripper pole) was Brit’s “concept and her vision” and directed by first-timer Jake Sarfaty (”handpicked” by Ms. Spears).

I think Brit is awesome. and whatever about this video…she had jewles glued to her body in Toxic and everybody loved that.
What a boring boring video.
As for the comments of Christina copying Britney… they are two completely different artists, they may have came from the same place (Disney camp or whatever the hell it was) but their styles are very different, and having seen both in concert twice each, Christina’s voice is fantastic. Oh and I am sure Christina is having a baby just to copy Britney… nothing to do with the fact she is married, in love and feels now is the right time to have a child… of course not.
The girl looks really good considering she just pushed out 2 kids in a row. She’s definitely more into it than during her so-so performance last month. Is the video great? No, but it’s not that bad either. Is Britney getting the last laugh? Yes. Even when people say they hate her, they still take time out of their days to watch the video, find out what the latest tabloid is saying, etc. and make comments. Which is EXACTLY what Britney wants. Fans? Be glad, cuz Britney Spears is being a performer again. Haters? Thanks for caring enough to write how much you despite her.
I agree with #23 on #14’s comments….I do believe Britney could have done better, but I also understand why she isn’t going all out for the viewers anymore(VMA), it’s because they all ridicule her…I don’t know about all of you but if the world and media were making cracks at me all the time , I wouldn’t preform for anyone again…and the video…well I think her self esteem is so low, so why not TRY and feel sexy, after having two kids(with a huge jerk)and all the negative attention she is getting, I think she would have some confidence issues..And also I don’t think she is a horrible mother, and if the media was creeping around a lot of average mothers lives, I believe they would get a lot more juicier shots than the ones they have of Britney.
So I say all the power to her!! We have all made mistakes in our lives…Keep being strong Britney~!

for some reason watching this just made me sad. She really doesn’t have much to offer. The album will have more technological mastery than her actual voice and her video is just blah, nothing new, nothing really there.

it’s not what I expected from Britney but is a lot better than her vma’s performance…
If I were Britney, I’d be a little embarrassed that was my “vision”. While better than the VMA’s this video is still horrible. I have to say I was quite bored after a minute or two. I wasn’t expecting depth from Brit, but there isn’t even anything happening except some hair flipping and pole swinging. PLUS it isn’t evident there WAS a director for this video, there doesn’t seem to be any direction or movement throughout the whole video. The song was better without a visual picture!! I do feel really bad for her, but it’s just sad they spent money on this. really really sad
i love britney she is my idol and she is tryin to doing her best and as human she makes mistakes and for that i care for her she roks
the video is not my favorite but is a cool song i love tha song and she looks good
