OlderBrad & Angelina “Jump” On It
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie take their two oldest sons, Maddox, 6, and Pax, 3, to catch the New York opening of martial arts theater event Jump at the Union Square Theatre on Tuesday.
JUMP isn’t just about jumping. It’s also about flipping, punching and kicking all executed in a jaw-dropping, gasp-inducing and gut-busting manner. It’s a completely nonverbal show, so there’s no dialogue. Watch the video preview below!
Here’s a synopsis of Jump, which was created by Korea’s renowned Yegam Theatre Company: “Set in the interior of a traditional Korean home, the show tells the story of an anything-but-typical family. Each member of the household, from the strict Grandfather to the pretty young daughter, enjoys nothing more than challenging the rest of the family to martial arts showdowns. When two burglars break into the house occupied by three generations of highly trained martial artists, the family turns their expertise on the unexpected guests.” For more information, check out the Jump official website.
UPDATE: Pictured to the right of Brad is Dr. Jane Aronson, their New York-based pediatrician who specializes in treating adopted children in the U.S. She does the check-ups on Brad and Angie’s kids. Dr. Aronson has two adopted children of her own — Desalegn from Ethiopia and Benjamin from Vietnam.

I was supposed to watch TAOJJBTCRF yesterday at the one Chicago theater that was showing it, but I got busy with personal stuff this weekend. Will probably try to catch it next week, or wait until it shows in more theaters in two week’s time.

I probably will have to try over the weekend again, because I work nights and I sleep during the day (although Mondays I do the housework like laundry, the only day I really have time since I don’t work Sunday nights). I hope that it will show in more theatres in two week’s time, since my partner doesn’t like going downtown to watch a movie. I am keeping my fingers croseed it will show in Crown in Skokie, that’s closer to where I am.
That’s good to know that it was sold out, but bad for those who really want to watch it. Maybe the good word of mouth is working?

Dr. Jane Aronson is far more than the children’s pediatrician, she is also a close friend of Angelina. From People magazine back in 2005:
Jolie and Aronson, who has two children from Vietnam and Ethiopia, have struck up a close relationship.
“I am incredibly lucky to have such a good friend,” Aronson said. “She’s fun. She’s sweet. She’s interested. She’s sincere. We had a lot of playdates this summer. We just sent a whole parcel of artwork to Maddox from the kids because the kids miss him.”

I disagree! She has been doing a great job as goodwill ambassador for the UN refugee agency. Her non-relationship with her father is personal and does not affect her ability to do her UN work!
#94: Criticism, if constructive is alright but when it keeps on and on for the same thing and are baseless in fact, then it’s annoying. Trolls love to harp on things that’s been said and already been disputed over and over again.
Say it once and be done with it. However, if you can say anything about them, well it’s somebody else’s prerogative to refute it so be prepared for it too. Freedom of speech doesn’t work just for you but for others too.

They’re not married. He’s free to leave any time and run back to Jennifer if he wants to. He hasn’t left Angelina and he hasn’t run back to Jennifer. So what does that tell you?
Please don’t trot out that tired line about staying with Angelina for the sake of the children. If he wanted out, he’d be gone already. He’s with Angelina because she’s the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with.
I kinda hate for them to go to LA. We will not see much of them. They can hide better in LA.
Something about that first picture of Angie. She looks just like the way she did when Mad was little, like she hasn’t changed one bit. Somehow i just think that’s so sweet…

To # 27, where’s the video? Can someone post it here? They all look so relax & just having a family entertainment fun. From the video of Jump, nothing is really wrong with that, if it’s too violent they will limit certain age to be allowed to watch the show. Look how Brad & Ange smiles, they are very happy for the kids, Mad & Pax enjoyed “Jump”. Love them all.
Is it Pax birthday coming up, he will be 4 next month right? They shower their kids with lots of love everyday. They are the family to look up to. Brad & Ange should be voted “Parents of the Year”.Love them all.
Brad & Ange have respect for each other, Brad is so protective of Ange & kids, one picture don’t show the rest of the story, you should see the video where this picture was taken & you will see how they love each other, Ange respect Brad’s & Brad respect Ange. The reason why this union works.
