TANCREDI GOT THE AXE.
Yes, Dr. Sara Tancredi (Sarah Wayne Callies) was decapitated and her head stuffed in a box. So what really happened to SWC? TVGuide interviewed Prison Break executive producer Matt Olmstead to get to the bottom of things:
What was your understanding as to why she didn’t want to come back? It seems strange that she refused to return in any capacity. Doesn’t it seem strange to you? It looked like a pretty good deal on the face of it. We definitely came up in money. Thirteen episodes would have allowed the character to have a proper exit. We were willing to push the start date back [to accommodate her maternity leave], which would have meant her coming in [around] Episode 10, but that wasn’t accepted. So then we offered to come up [to Canada] before she gave birth and film at her house. Pretty good money and she wouldn’t even have to leave her house. That wasn’t accepted. So it was a little curious to me and to others why she was taking such a hard stance. [Maybe] she felt that she was made certain assurances about being part of the show this season. And in fairness to her, those assurances were given, because she was such a valuable member of the show…. Also, she’s up [in Canada]. She’s comfortable. She’s starting a family. Maybe she didn’t want to have to fly down and have to do this stuff. Or maybe she felt like she wanted to be part of the show [full time], not just half the season. Perhaps she felt a little jilted. Our [original] plan was to definitely keep her for [all of] Season 3, but after a couple of times of getting it kicked back from the network, we had to come up with a new idea and that necessitated her character being killed.

her head is whats in the box. in three seasons i havent missed a episode. they killed her. no more sara and that makes me sad. :( its going to make me even more sad when scofield finds out that sara is gone.

Prison Break is over for me. I find episodes without Sara very boring and I was only watching this season for the little glimpses of her or her name just being brought up, but now it is over for me. 2 years down the drain.

Honestly They should have brought in another actress and killed her off later. I think the character sara was too valuable to cut loose like this. Michael is going to go nuts when he finds out. He might even turn on or get really mad at Lincon if he holds the information back for too long. This is a big hit against fox.
It’s a shame they couldn’t come to a better decision than that. It was already said on the net what was discussed above. They couldn’t come to an agreement so the producers had to consider the rest of the cast and crew for the season. I don’t know why the “powersthatbe” are so hard sometimes but it’s their money; they run the show.
Let’s just hope if there’s a reunion, it’s polite and cordial.
IMO, SWC is better off leaving the show. She’s got potential; she’ll go far.

Oh that’s so sad. I really liked Sara and her and Michael made such a cute couple. It’s a shame she couldn’t have just left for a season or so, rather than having to kill her off. She will be missed and I am sure the show will go down hill from here. In fact I don’t think I am going to watch it anymore, I will be too depressed as Sara was such an asset to the show.

Geez Relax people. if you know whats happening right now Sarah Wayne Callies aka Dr. Sarah Tancredi. is having a baby that is why shes refuses to be on season 3. listen people you never know whats going too happen…just like all the mysteries and the surprises comes out of Prison Break. (Shara’s Head in the Box) you never know…The company probably killed some other lady and put her head in the box. too try too trick Lincoln Burrows… again i want you guys too think about it. after Sarah Wayne Callies having her baby and returns to her normal life. she might return to the show and then producers will write her new scripts. you never know people….. =]

Tonight’s episode of Prison Break was a shocker. I waited all week to see what was in the box. I expected to see LJ’s finger or something but not Sara’s head. I was not aware there were film and contract issues behind the scenes with Sarah Wayne Callies. Sucks that she won’t be a part of the show anymore. Best of luck as she tries to raise a family in rl. Hopefully the producers find a way to maintain the suspense from week to week or it’s gonna get boring soon.

Her character did not bring that much to the show, they havent been together in ages and in two years we have gotten two kisses, a fake flower, goofy stares, and a very awkward I love you. This is an action show, and I am glad that we will finally be able to get to that w/o MIchaels constant moping about Sara. IMO I was sadder when Veronica died, and may I just say that Jodi Lyn O’Keefe is so good in her role. NOw there is a female lead for the show.
I loved Sarah. She was so nice, its a shame she has to leave the show.
Damn PB. I’ll still watch it because its a good show but its not going to be the same without her.

I’m totally with you there. I can’t believe people are so up in arms about Sara dying. Personally I knew it was coming. I actually WANTED it to happen. But I also felt really sorry for her when they showed her head in that box. Sara lost progressively lost usefuleness after season 1 was over. I don’t understand why some people aren’t going to watch the show after this. It was never meant to be a love story…….If that’s what you’re looking for, go watch a soap opera.

how did they make that head? It’s kinda real.
Facts:
1.sara is dead. the motivation for that is useless to seek because it’s depends of multiples items, and more important is someone’s will.
i’m aware now that they didn’t want to kill the character, but forced to do it
2.sara might be come back at some point.if there will be an intention from swc, the whriters are very good and creative and they will come up with an idea.
3.more interesting above all is wentworth’s acting about finding out that sara’s dead. he has a difficult job to do and i can’t wait to see how manage to express his feelings toward this matter.his acting has improved a great deal and he’s more confident in his skills.
4.if the shows calls they will bring another love for michael.
5.let’s be patients and not say hard words about the show, because everybody’s trying to do the best they can
6.i like the vulnerability that michael shows and i think this season will be very challenging for wentworth’s talent.
7.and above all, i’ve seen and read many statements and interviews of wentworth and i think he really is a gentleman.
The writers might as well just kill of Michael and Linc while they’re at it….
AND if the company has so many connections and no remorse, why don’t they just kill off all the guards and break that Whistler out of SONA themselves?

Count me in as another devastated fan.Thank goodness, I caught wind of SWC maybe leaving the show (thru this website, thanks). Otherwise, I would’ve been shocked as well as I am devastated.
I loved this character. Sara was a cool chick. She was smart and she was real.
They built the romance between her and Michael slowly. Most tv shows don’t do that—they go straight for the gusto to get the quickie ratings boost.
But that slow building love affair got us fans invested in these characters and this particular relationship.
How cruel and insensitive to kill Sara off so suddenly, so harshly without giving fans what we have so patiently waited for—Sara and Michael to be together.
They didn’t even give them (and us) closure for their relationship. There’s a million ways they could’ve done that.
How they killed her off like that seems like a representation of anger. Meaning the powers that be were pissed at SWC for dissing their offers and decided to make her absence from the show irrevocable.
Too bad. They should have been more considerate to the fans who are invested in this storyline. The show is good but it is and will never be as good………..

Get over it. Abruzzi was my favourite character and he was killed off way before Sara did. If you only watch PB for the Michael/Sara storylines, well you’re missing the main point of the show:family. maybe it was not about a love story, but becouse of that love story had many viewers that the show isn´t going to have now, so maybe that won´t be good for the ratings, not good for having the show many seasons, you know what I mean.

Well from what i gather, she seems like an uptight *****. I mean how fustrating would that be for the writers? They offered to come to her damn house and she still said no! They had to rewrite majority of the 3rd series at first because of her pregnancy and now she decides to bail out on them. The original plan was for Sara to die of that OD at the end of season 1, but they decided to kill Veronica instead (which IMO, her death was alot more dramatic hence her whole body was chopped up.) If you don’t believe me, they say so on the audio commentary on the Season 1 boxset. So be glad they kept her around for season 2 aswell.
I don’t know what’s worse the fact, that Sarah is gone and that they killed one half of MiSa or that the writers have no imagination. Come on - a head in a box? How unoriginal is that???

the whole story line between micheal and sara has been built up for over 2 seasons and then just for her to have died is rubbish and so all along there has been no point in the story line and season 3 has been rubbish.

people who are acting are human beings.they have their privite lives.

in my own experience i must tell that i participated once on a shooting and it was exhausting. they shoot a scene of 8 minutes for almost 6 hours, as far as i could support.
it’s very difficult to make things real for viewers and requires concentration, talent, patience and a lot more.
i don’t say i will not miss sara but it’s beyond our control and sometimes even to persons involved.
for the show i just hope they will not transform it in something too tough to watch, but for this we have wentworth, who is like a fresh take breath, so clean and simple in all this mess.
This is just a bunch of crap..If the network really wanted her to stay they would have found a way.. and if SHE really cared about the show and it’s fans, she would have given her character a PROPER ending..this was just stupid….I get it, she had a baby, but it’s not impossible to make it work IF you really want it to..this was just disrespectful to all of the fans/viewers ….the show has completely lost it’s former allure..Good bye Prison break!
I personally will enjoy it much more with sarah gone. Call me crazy but I think Michael is much hotter when he is in angst over her. I am not watching PB for the love story, I am watching it for the hot, sweaty wentworth factor.I think the best thing the writers ever did was moving the show to a really hot and humid enviroment.
The only way I would stop watching PB is if it moves to antarctica and everyone starts wearing huge parkas.
What were they doing killing Sara off, the whole point of this show is for Michael to break out of Sona to keep both LJ and Sara alive.

ok, yes the whole head in a box thing (se7en anyone?) was a horrible way to send of the character, although i have to admit it was shocking which, for me, makes goods tv i mean this is prison break after all and the body count is always high on this show!
after reading both sets of statements i think both the the network and swc are both guilty parties, understandably sarah wants to spend time with her new baby and i dont think anyone can judge her for that, however the fact that she feels she was promised a full time role in season 3 makes you wonder why she dug her heels in not coming back to send of her character properly when she wanted to come back full time anyway, which the network rejected.
its a shame that some people will no longer be watching the show because of one actor leaving, the show has a great ensemble cast and i, for one, will be looking forward to seeing michael’s reaction to the death and i dont think it’ll make michael stop the escape, i think it’ll make him want to get out even more because now its even more personal.
i also think they should leave off having a new love interest for michael, at least for now anyway, as it makes the last 2 years worth of the michael/sara romance as if she meant nothing to him.

While of course there are two sides to every story and I’m sure SWC had some issues in terms of maternity leave etc, from the various statements being released including the one above it sounds like Fox execs are meddling in a storyline and that can only spell one thing…disaster! The minute, the very minute, you bring the suits in to a run a show and start ‘testing’ audiences on character development etc etc, then it makes for flawed storytelling. I am firmly a believer of keeping it real and keeping appropriate characters on board but there are at least two other main characters who could leave under the ‘nobody’s safe rule’.
While, in theory the death is a great character moment and of course, Michael’s reaction will offer Wentworth some fine acting moments. It also takes away a lot of what humanised him for us. Sara was the one person who seemed to understand the lengths he would go to, and comprehend them herself. She was an admirably flawed and believable character and for Michael’s sacrifice at the end of last season to go to jail for her to now mean nothing, cheapens the entire plot of him being in Sona. Of course, we now see revenge Michael and yes, sure, the action sequences will still hold the show up, the humanising and relatable factor of having some one you would go to any lengths for, means a massive number of fans, including myself, will find it incredibly difficult to latch onto anyone.
Sadly for SWC she has to now defend herself against accusations of the ‘difficult to work with’ tag and defend her choice to be a mother - first-time mother at that. Who are we to suggest what parenting option works best for someone - hello Fox!
Anyway, off the soapbox and sadly, it looks like, at least I will be breaking out of Sona this season. Good luck Schofield brothers, hopefully the future ladies of your lives don’t end up with fatal headwounds.

Seriously people, what would you do in their shoes? She won’t work. They have no actress to play Sarah because they’re smart knowing it wouldn’t be the same thing casting a different actress to play her. I bet people would crack it if they bought in a different actress to play her. ‘Err its not the same’ or something along the lines of that. They had no choice. They can’t continue to do anything with her, she’s not a ghost. So they HAD to kill her off.
Abruzzi and Kellerman were my fave characters, and guess what. They were both killed off, yet i still watch PB. None of you can call yourselfs true fans. Go away and watch One Tree Hill or some other crap…
I only watched PB for Sara.. I really don’t think I’m gonna watch anymore either! And it wasn’t about the “romance” *rolls eyes* I just liked the character.
She would have been better off in prison! lol Why couldn’t they just let her go missing not bloody chop her head off and put it in a box! The show is so pointless now, had Lincoln died none of these other innocent people would have! so one life for the body count which keeps rising! (Veronica, LJ’s mother, Lincoln and Michael’s father, Sara’s dad and now Sara) it’s so stupid…

As much as I was expecting Sara’s head in the box, it still did not make it any easier to watch. Michael may get over his lady love but will fans forgive Fox? I sure there could have been a better way to end Sara’s part of the story without this killing of both character and love story. I see a bit of pay back here to someonewho they say worked very hard for their show. As has been said-it makes Michael’s jail time in SONA a waste of time and a joke. As the very person he went to jail for is now dead and once again he fights to get out.
All I can say is-the shark is alive and well.

That said, I’m still gonna watch prison break - it still has me on the edge of my seat wondering what’s going to happen next and I love Wentworth so I’m definitely gonna keep watching. Also, we know no one is safe on PB - they kill awesome characters all the time!
She’s a brand new mom for the very first time. She probably didn’t want to be away from her baby considering the baby needs fed every two hours - it’s too much. Normal people get six weeks of maternity leave - they were filmng right after she delivered. I bet she just chose her family over her job - women do it all the time. No need to villify anyone, guys!
Like it or not, the Sara/Michael romance was an integral part of the show from the get-go. Aside from freeing his brother (and yes those conversations through the fence ARE getting old), Sara was Michael’s primary motivation for doing anything. Now I just don’t care. That’s it for me with this show unless I hear they sewed her head back on.
The person who said that “anyone who stops watching the show because of Sarah’s death was never a true fan” must be the most cold hearted, miserable person on the planet. Prison Break is a drama, and dramas have more than just action sequences. A good drama has interesting characters that suck you in to their world week after week. Prison Break had that and more. Then they had to go and ruin it. Now Michael has no real motivation (and don’t say revenge, because that’s just a cheap gimmick that grows old fast). No matter what happens from here on out, he can never have a happy ending. We can never have a happy ending. He’ll get out and be reunited with Linc, but then what? Will he go on some murderous rampage against the people who killed Sarah? That is not even remotely the character I’ve grown to care about so much over the last two seasons. Without the romance between Sarah and Michael, the show has no heart. Unfortunately for me and many others, there is no real reason to keep watching. As for the actress not wanting to return: well that’s debatable. Maybe she did and maybe she didn’t. All I know is that there were many other options instead of killing the character that would have been more acceptable.I would have been much happier if they would have recast the part. It wouldn’t have been quite the same without SWC playing the role, but it would have been preferable to what we have now.
I was as upset as any Prison Break fan to see Sara’s head in the box but, really, I think this is going to take the show to a whole new level. How is Micahel going to react when he finds out about Sara’s death? How will this news affect his relationship with Lincoln? After all, Lincoln is letting Michael believe that all is well on the outside so that he will continue on with the plan to free Whistler and save Sara and LJ. How is Sara’s death going to effect Michael emotionally? He brought Sara into this whole twisted plot and he is the one ultimately responsible for her killing. And, for the most exciting part, how will he get revenge?

I’m done with this ******* show. I hope it gets cancelled. Misa/Sara is what kept the woman watching.. now their gone, the ratings is gonna sucks! *IHOPE*

I agree I”m done with Prison Break the whole Michel Sara thing was one of the best aspects of the show. Hopefully this will be the last season of pb they have totally fucked it up now. They should just kill Michael now too

I can’t say as that I blame SWC for not coming back if they were going to plan to kill her anyway. I just think that is terrible and tacky that they were going to kill her there are any number of people they could have killed they should have pitched those ideas to the producers not just killing SWC. More power to you SWC for not coming back just to be killed!
Like said before, PB is getting really annoying, especially since middle of season 2. This show was a one shot, they should’ve ended it after season 1.

I like romance just as much as the next person, but I do not watch prison break for love, and yes i enjoyed moments of sara and michael, but it was not ever what held my interest, and all I am saying is that if it is what held your interest this is not the show for you. Went is the only untouchable of this show, and the sooner yall realize that the less time yall can spend thinking the world is gonna end b/c an ACTOR left the show. Why can’t we all just respect each others opinions on this site instead of bashing one anohter. For some the whole relastionship of MIchael and Sara is what they enjoyed about the show respect the fact they are sad it’s over and those who are glad she is gone should be respected too. No need to get so mean over a fictional show and people.

Paging Sarah Wayne Callies….come back to the show. I don’t think you want to be known as the actress who gets her head cut off on PB. That will be a stigma. You can just visit Michael and talk at him at the fence…tell him you are going to Timbukto and he can’t see you again. That is more bearable to us PB fans rather than having your head cut off. Closure..closure..we MISA fans needed that.

Abruzzi was my favorite character, and he was killed a year ago this episode. And I’m STILL waiting on him to come back. Sara fans who say they are going to boycott the show will wait too.

I’m with you guys I have a lot of respect for SWC for not coming back just to be killed off. She was told she would have a job and then to find out they want her back just to kill her. I wouldn’t do it either. We will miss you Sarah but totally support and respect your decision. Sara on the show was a strong independtent character and to have her come back as the damasal in distress is a slap in the face to her character so SWC made the right decision despite how sad it makes a lot of us.

People are saying they’re upset over her death because they wanted Michael and Sara to have a happy ending… I knew from the get go that there was no happy ending to be had between them. And to be totally honest, I don’t forsee a happy ending for anyone on the show (I hope I’m wrong). But only time will tell I guess..

it’s quite sad that some of you are reacting quite negatively to sara being killed off the show. i had heard the rumors, so i was prepared for it when it happened - although it was still shocking when you did see her head in that box. but will i stop watching the show? no. because i wasn’t watching the show for her - i was watching the show because i enjoy it.

I Saw the interview with the cast of prison break regarding Sara Wayne Callis decision to leave the show, and I thought Dominic Purcell gave the BEST ANSWER BY FAR!!!!! He’s real, upfront and got streight to the point. Wentworth, handsom as usuall but he has to stop beating around the bush. Sweety, Please just answer the question and keep it simple. You’re a smart man but it gets boring after a while. loosen up. I zone out after a while. Your answers are too long and too analyzed. Keep it simple sweety. I loved that “if you’re going to steel, steel from the best” answer. see, that’s a simple, fun, more upbeat Wentworth that I love. Oh Amaury, cute as usual. loved his answer. very interesting.

Christy, Spooky, and Laura all point out that this is Prison Break and not a Love Story. But, if you think about it this whole show is truly about Love. Michael went to the Prison because of his love of his brother. He was able to break him out because of the love between him & Sarah. And he is now back in Prison & trying to break out again…all because of his Love of Sarah.
The Michael/Sarah love story has been a very integral part at the core of this entire story line. While I love Wentworth and his character, as well as the other characters, this is why I will continue to watch the show. I feel that this they have killed a very important part of this show. This is definitely something that they built up & got us all invested in & they were very callous in their decision to kill her off. Although the scenes with the body double weren’t fooling anyone, it was obvious that she was a body double, they could have made it last until SWC was ready to come back the show. I read an interview with her where she expressed shock & disappointment at being fired. They should have worked harder to keep her on the show. But, alas, we cannot change what has been done. At this point I can’t wait to see Wentworth portray the extreme emotions that will be needed when Michael finds out that Sarah is dead. And I hope that they can keep the story interesting…without that love story at the core.

i can’t say that i watched prison break because of sara, but i did enjoy her very much, and i’m sad to see her go, espcially in such a brutal way. we knew she wouldn’t be returning to the show, but to have her head end up in a box was a disturbing (and lame) way to write her off.
i feel disappointed, because i know the writers of prison break are capable of so much more. they could have given us something that hasn’t been done before, at the very least.

With PB I have come to expect the unexpected, that’s what makes the show so exciting for me, who knows, maybe there’s a chance she will be back, there’s so many ways they could bring her back, like the head being a fake and Linc looking in so quickly never realizing it’s a fake or it was someone they killed who looked like her and fooled Linc (because that head does not look like Sara that much, but at a quick glance it could pass as her.) Or maybe she’s gone for good, but with PB and all the unexpected twists and turns they pull, I wouldn’t be surprised if she shows up sometime in the future.
Anyhoot, I will most definately continue watching PB, I was more interested in the 2 brothers plot from the get-go anyhow, that’s what got me hooked at first, aside from the Sexiness of WM himself.

Ugh, I saw that episode yesterday and I almost wanted to close my TV right away. Probably the only reason why I watched PB is because of the Michael and Sara interaction, and now, well there is none! This seriously stinks, and I do think it is SWC’s fault…if what the Fox representative said was true, then Sara’s death is entirely her fault…and the show is now ruined, I really can’t see Michael with another woman.

I’m so sad:( I really can’t belive this. What a horrible way to end all the hopes for happy ending. I think it’s really “tasteless” to kill Sara like that. All week we’ve been waiting and guessing what’s in the box and trying to cope with the fact that it MIGHT be Saras head, but I myself _never_ really believed that that could be the case! I tought “they’re just torturing us by ending an episode like that, just that we might develop some pictures in our heads that it might be Saras head but it really isn’t. They can’t take away Michael hope in the fourth episode of season 3.” I feel so empty, so disappointed. Speaking about will I ever want to watch this show again, the answer is yes I will. But will it ever be the same? NO.
I don’t really get it, it happened really quickly, like ooops Saras head, nice hmm… The whole episode dealed really little with that subject. But I sure they will deal with it, though.
C’mon! Linc tried to free Sara and LJ and the price he AND MICHAEL have to pay is Saras life?! This is the most messed-up thing…. SWC was the best actor on that show and Sara “I Will Garrotte You In A Heartbeat” Tancredi was one of the best characters (not to mention the only awesome female character) that show had. That the writers were so effing lame to come up with her death as motivation because they decided to go back on their word to SWC? Has lost them this viewer. Forever.

I disagree. I loved Prison Break up until season 3. I loved it. I would have liked the show even if it didn’t have Sara in it, but Season 3 has been crap so far. Micheal just isn’t the same without tattoos and clever plans. The plot isn’t as ingenious, and now they’ve cut out the entertaining side romance in a ridiculous and unoriginal way. Has anyone seen Seven? That’s the last straw, the show’s over.
Oh, and no SWC will probably not be returning. I seriously doubt it. God they even offered to go to her home and film, and she rejected it. They cut her character’s head off and Linc SAW it, there’s no way to bring her back unless they’re planning to turn PB into a SciFi. Good luck with that, that would be just as crappy an option.

To me, in Season 2, Michael and Sara’s relationship was lackluster, so I had a hard time beleiving it! It just seemed to be going nowhere. Maybe it’s just me, but I thought they were great together in Season 1, the vibe, the sexual tension was there, but in Season 2 it was gone, so I started to focus on the other characters(until they were killed off :( i.e. Hot Mess Kellerman) and brothers more. Although I’m still kinda sad she’s gone, for Michael’s sake, mainly because I don’t want to see him in pain week after week, I’d much rather see him get laid week after week, but it’s going to make for great TV nonetheless.
Watching Prison Break and WM gives me plenty of pleasure, and T-bag usually entertains the He*l of out me, so for me that’s entertainment, folks! lol :)
How could they do that? i’ve was watching season 1+2 every spare moment of my life before season 3 started…how could they destroy 2 years of building up the greatest love story ever? especially by just throwing her chopped off head in the box…they were going to kill her off in the beginning of season 2 but she was liked so much that they killed Veronica instead…they should of just killed her then instead of making their relationship even greater then decappitating her…grrrrrrrr!!!

Michael and Sara’s love story was what made pb so i’m betting on the show being axed unless they bring her back.
Going by online polls,PB is set to lose 40% of viewers,not because of swc leaving but because of the way they wrote her out.
However,just because you saw a head in a box it doesn’t mean it’s her.the writers can always bring her back (with a bumper pay deal as an apology) and claim the head was a lookalike killed by the company in a bid to wind michael up so he would escape asap for revenge.

I watched as Michael found out about Sara last night, and I’ve decided that will be the last Prison Break episode I watch, which is saying a lot for a couch potato like me. Until last night, I held hope that this was one of Prison Break’s little surprises that we saw so often during the first two seasons. Looks like that’s not the case. Michael’s crusade to get his brother released has ruined him. Period. Every character that stood for something good has been killed off, excluding Michael, Link, & LJ. I predict that the 3 of them will eventually make it out of this mess, but who cares anymore? Seriously, what else is there now? First off, they already stated that they found a way around the pregnancy and that they had promised SWC a job when she got back. The studio didn’t like their first pitch and so the writers decided to bring SWC in around episode 10, then do this long dramatic storyline that wuld have Sarah die in Michael’s arms some time around the end of the season, as a cliffhanger. They wanted to film a very long, brutal torture scene and they wanted to do it at SWC’s house, right after she had her baby. The writers didn’t fill her in until contract renewal time came, which was after they sent her (heavily pregnant) around Europe to promote the show (which she did, happily, and is why she’s such a fan favorite), then they just told her. She felt betrayed, and she was right to. She realized they were only going to kill Doc Sara because they wanted to bring in the new female so they could get the spin-off and continue their franchise and she chose (as I would have) to bail.
Secondly, I don’t watch for the brothers because I don’t think either are very good actors and Michael is a smug ass. I always watched for the supporting cast/characters, and I loved Kellerman too. He and Sara during season two were the best parts of the whole show.
But this show has gone downhill, fast. Bellick’s point? Mahone’s? What does T-bag even do now? The characters are just running around doing nothing. Susan is boring and badly played, same thing with Whistler, Lechero, Sofia. The whole show has begun to suck. SWC’s departure, for me, was the final straw. Maybe I’m not a “true fan” (*snicksers*), but at least I have taste.
This really sucks!!Why every single great show must be ruined like this??This show is over for me,i have no more tensions to watch it again!!!Damn,unbeliveable!
I think that by killing her off they have purposely avoided a Friends type ending. A lot of current shows are doing this in order to avoid looking plageristic but come on, thats what everybody wants to see just because it gives closure.

I watched the show last night and still can’t believe it ..Sara is dead!! I even couldn’t continue watching the episode when I saw her head in the box, its not fair that it ends this way..this season is completely missed.

In the first episode of Season 3, Lincoln gets send to the morgue were Sarah was supposed to be, found dead. But it turns out the dead woman is actually someone else, looking alot like Sarah.
It is this woman’s head that Lincoln found in the box. Whenever the producers feel the need to bring Sarah Tancredi back on the show (and can meet an agreement with Callies), they can and will use this twist angle.
Come on guys, did you really think this show would ultimately have no happy end for Michael and Sarah?

They killed Sarah cause Linc try to rescue her as if he was terminator. is he stupid or what? didn´t he learn anything? Noone can believe he would have acted that way: he knows where they are and he just goes there? and because of being stupid they cut sarah´s head off?
:( I’m sad, mad, frustrated, and I don’t want to go on watching this show at all!!! I understand she had a baby, and it is very respectable that she wants to devote all her time to her baby. BUT, they could have found another way of “killing her off”, or something…. I mean, COME ON!!! HER HEAD IN A BOX????? THAT’S SHOCKING AND ABSOLUTELY UNNCESSARY!!!!!! Prison Break for me was ALSO one of the most beautiful love stories EVER! SO THAT ENDING IS TOTALLY INNAPROPRIATED!!! Don’t you think???

Well, that head looks more like Angelina Jolie’s than Sara Tancredi’s! These guys did a lousy job killing Sara. Not only because she was a great character, but also because the death was just too sudden, and it reminded of Seven too much. Not original at all, it really sucked.

I think Sarah will come back to the show. The thing that bothered me the most is that when Michael was in jail in 100 degree heat he wore a long sleeve thermal because they didn’t feel like painting his tattoos on again. Was it just pure lazyness after the first season?

You know, that was all before. It’s in the old days, and now we have to look forward for next season, season 4. Where, as you can read almost everywhere, Sara Tancredi IS coming back to the show. Just google it, and you’ll see that it’s all true. It seems like it wasn’t her head in that box after all, I’m sure it’s that womans head that Lincoln saw at the mourge in (i think) the first episode.
I think we all agree that Michael didn’t deserve the death of Sarah. But I agree with spooky. This isn’t a romance programme. I still enjoyed the episodes without Sarah but I think that it was sad to kill her off so abruptly and… I don’t like the idea of Molly. I don’t even like the name.

It is a great movie. very nice and the actors were playing their roles lovely. It is about the USA policy overall. that is right. Michael use peace nonviolence resistence to protecthimself thats a good idea as Gandhi and Martin Luther. so I live in Iraqi (Kurdistan). I know how it was popular here in Kurdistan.
I love Sara too much. I hope every doctors to act like Sara Tancredi. the episode tells us about the hiden part which are USA prison. who are they a soldier in Iraq which respects IRAQI prison as human being thats great. it tells us about corruption in the most powerful state.
