Win Lindsay’s Rebecca Minkoff Handbag

Lindsay Lohan returns to Salt Lake City again on Wednesday for lunch at the Fish Market. On the way, La Lohan stopped at a store to buy water. After lunch she went shopping with her snowboarder boyfriend Riley Giles and InTouch Weekly reporter Kate Major.

Later in the evening, Lindsay she changed into a pretty blue dress for dinner with Ms. Major at Japanese restaurant Happy Sumo Sushi Bar. 25+ pictures inside of Lindsay out and about in Utah…

…hope she lays low and stays out of trouble this time, but I have a feeling that she and Britney have the same sick obsession to be outrageous and have cameras follow them constantly. How is it that bigger stars can stay out of the news? I rest my case….
