Ellen Pomepo @ NIAF Gala 2007

Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo, aka Dr. Meredith Grey, receives a NIAF (National Italian American Foundation) Special Achievement Award in Entertainment at NIAF’s 32nd Anniversary Awards Gala on Saturday in Washington, DC.

She joined director Martin Scorsese at the black-tie gala as well as Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, left, and Mary Margaret Valenti widow of Jack Velenti (president of the Motion Picture Association of America [MPAA]).

SHe looks sooooo sooo pretty and she did do a movie with Martin and Leo, Catch me if you can!
Anyways she looks gorgeous and an absolutely great role model; i mean Gay and Lesbian member, and AIDS and One come on people stop insulting her. And she’s not pregnant people and she’s not anorexic stop it already. She’s great and my love and admiration for her has no end.

It would be nice to know where her black fiance is. Wonder if he was there with her, as he seems to be for everything else she attends. And I wonder if she’s ever gotten any grief at all from her folks for going outside her race.

Ellen looks great and congrats to her. Why exactly are people mean and nasty? so she is not the most beautiful woman in hollywood, but she is beautiful in her own way. Just give the woman a break will u,the woman is trying to earn a living for her self. Also she didnt write the script did she? she was just following orders from Shonda, so her being an annoying doctor in grey’s shows just how amazing an actress she is.
