Lourdes Leon’s 11th Birthday Bash
Madonna pampers birthday girl daughter Lourdes with a six-hour spa treatment at the Shutters Hotel Spa in Santa Monica on Sunday.
Lourdes celebrated her 11th birthday with her mom best friend. Afterwards, the trio dined at the laid-back family restaurant “Il Ristorante de Georgio Baldi.” Notice how the mother-daughter duo is wearing ‘matching’ houndstooth jackets!

Jake, let me casually remind you that Angelina’s 3 year old daughter was parading a Valentino bag not so long ago. I found this rather pathetic just as I find taking an 11 year old to a day spa. The truth is though, niether of us know these families personally so we don’t really know what kind of morals they’re actually teaching their kids. Like Angelina, Madonna has also adopted a child from Africa and her family has welcomed him into their home. Madonna took Lourdes to Africa on her last trip so I would like to think that her children have some understanding of how lucky they are and of how people in third world countires live. However, Angelina is NOT perfect and neither is Madonna.

Pretty girl, but yeah…those eyebrows could use some tweezing…or at least shaving down the middle to detach the unibrown. She almost reminds me of Madonna during the True Blue/Who’s That Girl period.
I have a comment for you Post 28. U think Madonna was so bad before. We should thank her for being bad before having her kids & not during. So what if you are a strict mother? U should be. If u are not than your children will grow up being Britney Spears that she thinks she owes it all. So let women have fun before having kids. We deserve it.

Good that Lourdes doesn’t go to school with you guys… I bet Madonna can do a good job in helping her have a high selfsteem, ot needing to fix her brows now and her nose later and the her lips and whatever anyone could think she need to fix. Thatwould be sick!
If their friends make fun of her and she feels bad should her be “correcting ” everything? If she feels that she belongs and feels comfortable, that would be enough, I guess she is popular enough being who she is.
I think the whole eyebrow thing is a tribute to one of Madonna’s favorite artists, Frida Kahlo.

With all that money you would think they would help her with the hair issue I understand she is still young but sometimes you just gotta do what you have to do!!! My daughter is 11 and if she had that problem I would spend the $7.00 it cost to get it waxed!!!

I am very sorry to say that that is one of the most unattractive young people I have ever seen. I hope she is a nice young lady but honestly I doubt that very much. She might be like the ugly duckling ya know who will grow into something beautiful but right now she certainly is not! I find it shallow and inappropriate to spend the kind of money that they spend on designer clothing and spa treatments but ya know what who am I to say what is or isn’t good 4 them but you know if thewy can justify that kind of outlandish spending to look good in the clothes they wear wouldn’*** seem equally appropriate to try and look good in those clothes. If either of my daughters had that kind of facial hair going against them… MAN I DON’T KNOW… But I would do something about it. I am not the kind of person who is overly concerned with appearances but holy cow she looks like HELL! I am sorry I am not trying to be mean… I have always loved Madonna but holy crap… She does look a lot like her mother unfortunately its not in the best sort of ways…
Jake please don’t make assumptions. Lola is a great kid and definitely not stuck up. I see her lots at Kabbalah and she interacts with all the other kids whoever they are. She is lively, outgoing, affectionate, friendly and incredibly intelligent. She’s also really popular under her own merit!
Through our programme of Spirituality for Kids she is amazingly aware of her own good fortune and of the abject poverty of those in 3rd World countries. She is extremely knowledgeable about the situation in African countries and particularly in Malawi - the birthpace of her brother David. She was extremely moved after her visit with mMdonna and David this year.
If she wore cheap clothes people would be criticising Madonna and asking why with all her millions! The mere fact that she still has those eyebrows says she’s not growing up too fast!
Lola has her feet on the ground and hopefully with the great parents she has (all 3 of them) she will continue to grow. She IS beautiful but she IS still a kid. However she’s very girlie and is clearly more aware of Spas and such than the average 11 year old because of the life to which her mum is priveleged. However never forget her mum has worked exceptionally hard for what she has and although Lola knows they are rich she also knows that you don’t get anything in this life unless you earn it.
I can’t wait for the next ten years - eat your heart out Peaches et al!!!!!
